Vera's pov
I still as I feel his breath behind my neck, his scent overwhelming my senses.
"They are beautiful Vera. You are beautiful."
I close my eyes, as his lips touch the scar trailing my shoulder. His soft touch , melting me completely from outside and within.
"Please Logan... don't lie...I.."
"Shhhh"
Silencing me ,he turns me around and I don't do anything to hide myself. What was left of me anyway? I was going to die.
Placing his finger below my chin, he makes me look up at him.
"You are the strongest women I have ever met Vera....trust me."
And with this, he pulls closer and adjust my torn shirt's collar covering me up , no sign of lust evident in his eyes.
I couldn't help, jumping on him,hugging him to my heart's content.
I don't know why but I felt like doing it.
He stays still for few seconds surprised by my action ,to only have him hug me back.
