LOGINChapter 2
When we were done helping out at the pack house, I followed Kate to her home. "We have to get properly dressed," she said, grinning. "Hehe, don't worry, I'm going to make you so beautiful today! After all, we don't know if you'll meet your future mate at the occasion. I'm excited for you!" "Yeah… I'd be happy to find my mate too," I replied quietly. "I just hope he won't reject me because of how weak I am." "Hey, no need to worry," Kate said, smiling warmly. "The mate bond is real he won't be able to resist you. You're beautiful and smart, Michelle. Once he realizes you're his fated mate, the attraction and desire will be too strong to ignore. Trust me, he'll come running to you." I knew she was just trying to comfort me, but I couldn't help feeling scared. What if it really happened? What if my mate rejected me because I was weak? It wouldn't be the first time someone was rejected for that reason. Still, I told myself everything would be fine… hopefully. When we arrived at Kate's house, her mate Zaki was already home. He looked like he was in a hurry. "Hey, babe. Hi, Michelle," he greeted. "Hi, Zaki," I replied. He nodded at me, then turned to his mate with a soft smile. "Love, I'm running late. I have to help Levi prepare for today you know how much it means to him." He glanced at me. "I'm sure your brother Micha will be there too. When it's 8 p.m., Micha and I will come pick both of you up. So please, be ready before 8 because I know Kate." He shot her a mischievous grin. "She won't be done until after 8." We all laughed. After he left, Kate led me to her room and showed me all her makeup kits. We already had our dresses picked out. She had chosen a red gown for me stunning, but also… too seductive for my liking. It was beautiful, yes, but I wasn't used to wearing dresses like that. I didn't like attracting too much attention. Being weak meant attention could easily turn into trouble. "So, let's begin," Kate said. She started applying makeup to my face, explaining each product concealer, foundation, and a few others I couldn't even remember. I'd never worn makeup before, so everything felt strange and new. After about an hour, Kate gasped dramatically. "Wow! You look stunning. I can't believe how beautiful you are. And to think you've been hiding that pretty face under your hair all this time!" Oh did I forget to mention? Clara once told me I was ugly. Since that day, I started using my hair to cover half of my face so no one would notice me. Looking at my reflection in the mirror now, I realized how stupid I'd been to believe her. I was beautiful. Maybe even more beautiful than Clara. The thought made me laugh. I couldn't wait to see the look on her face tonight. For the first time in a long while, I felt a little excited and a little scared. What if I met my mate tonight? What if he rejected me because of my weakness? "Hey, what are you thinking about again?" Kate asked, noticing my distant look. "Don't worry too much. You look beautiful tonight. Everything will go perfectly trust me." And I decided I would. When I finally finished dressing up, Kate began preparing. When I checked my phone, it was already 7:30. "Damn," I muttered. "Zaki's not going to like this." Kate hurried to get dressed, barely managing to apply light makeup. By the time she was ready, it was already 8. Right then, I heard the sound of a car horn outside Micha's car. We both got out of the house, dressed and ready. "Wow, you look really beautiful, Kate," Zaki said. "And thankfully, today you're not late. You look good too, Michelle." Kate rolled her eyes playfully. "What do you mean good? My girl looks great! Hehe. I transformed her from a shy girl into a seductress. I'm honestly impressed with my work." I felt shy under all the attention. Even my brother was staring at me like I was a stranger. "You mean this is Michelle? Wow, you look so different. I can't believe my sister is this beautiful." "Yes, yes, she's very beautiful," Kate said proudly. "Now let's get going." We arrived at the hall, and I must say our hard work paid off. The decorations, the seating arrangements, the lighting — everything was perfect. The grand hall looked stunning. But one thing annoyed Kate and me: to think the ceremony was going to start by 10! Kate glared at her mate. "Zaki, explain why you lied about the time." "Babe, I'm sorry," Zaki said, raising his hands defensively. "I didn't know you'd be done so quickly. I thought you'd still be dressing up by nine, as usual. You know you're always late, so I just" "So you're saying I'm slow?" she interrupted sharply. "Anyone slow is also stupid! You've just insulted me. First, you bring me here early, and now you have the audacity to insult me!" "Hey, when did I do that?" Zaki said, looking confused. "I didn't insult you, love. I'm sorry, it's my fault, okay? Don't be mad." My brother and I couldn't help laughing at their little drama. Then Micha said, "Um, Zaki and I have to go now. We need to assist Levi with something." He turned to me. "Michelle, hold my phone for me. I'll be too busy to answer. Kira is coming soon she doesn't know the way. When she arrives, let me know; I'll be in Levi's dressing room." "Fine. When your mate comes, I'll bring her to you, brother." "Great, thanks, sis. We have to go now," he said, dragging Zaki away, who was still apologizing to Kate. I smiled at her. She still looked a bit annoyed. "He's so annoying," Kate said, though a small smile crept onto her face. I giggled. "You're just exaggerating. It's not that bad being here early. We can talk and pass the time. It's not a big deal." "No, Michelle, you don't understand," she replied dramatically. "What if one of those old women sees us and says, 'My child, please help me with this or that'? It would be rude to decline an elder! He better pray nobody disturbs our peace, or he'll pay for it later." I laughed, shaking my head. As we were talking, I saw my brother's mate calling his phone. I told Kate I had to step outside to meet her. "Sure, be careful," she said. "Or do you need me to come with you?" "No, no need. I'm not a kid, Kate," I said, smiling happy to have a friend like her.Chapter 42The Werewolf Realm Red Moon PackErin's POVThe moment we stepped out of the portal, a familiar breeze brushed against my skin. The air of the werewolf realm… it was comforting, grounding, and yet it stirred something fierce inside me. Excitement. Anticipation. A faint burn in my chest I hadn't realized I'd missed.Home.Or at least… the place where everything changed. We arrived directly in front of the Red Moon Pack House. As the portal light faded behind us, murmurs rippled through the crowd. Then someone shouted—"They're here! The three races!"In seconds the entire area swelled with people. Wolves shifted, pack members pressed forward, warriors lined the sides—everyone trying to see what had arrived. Because of the overwhelming crowd, my Goldren's had no choice but to shrink into their small forms, fluttering around me like glowing silver sparks. Only then did the space become manageable for the elves and vampires who had come through the portal.Zaki emerged betwe
Chapter 41 The Elven Realm Erin's POV The moment I stepped out of the portal and into the elven realm—with Ruby and Theo at my sides and my ten thousand Goldrens behind us—I felt my breath catch. The air shimmered with magic. The sky glowed in soft shades of lilac. Buildings were sculpted from living trees, glowing crystals, and threads of golden light. Everything looked ethereal, more magical than anything in the vampire realm. I had thought the vampires had the most enchanting architecture, but the elves… they lived inside magic. If this was their everyday environment, then their powers on the battlefield would be terrifying. A small thrill rushed through me. I'll get to see everything with my own eyes. The portal closed behind us, and we appeared inside the grand palace courtyard. Elven soldiers surrounded us, their spears glowing at the tips. Standing at the front were three men. One was tall, elegant, and crowned—King Johnson. Another was an older man with golden hair
Chapter 40 The Vampire Realm Erin's POV For the past few days, Theo had been giving me constant updates—mostly about how the witches' realm wanted to kill my Goldrens. According to him, it was the witches who practiced dark magic who hunted them the most. It was… a lot to take in. But even with the tension hanging over my head, I was finally growing used to my duties as queen. Surprisingly, it wasn't as overwhelming as I once feared. In fact, I was starting to enjoy it. The power, the responsibility, the connection to my people—it all felt natural. Ruby helped me with almost everything. Theo too, even though he expressed himself in the strangest ways possible. And Mars… well, Mars had been behaving strangely ever since I saw Nicolas' face in that vision. He alternated between acting normal and acting like something was bothering him. I couldn't figure it out. Seeing Nicolas again—even in a dream—stirred something inside me. Memories I didn't know I still had came flooding ba
Chapter 39 The Werewolf RealmLevi's POVToday was the big day. From the moment I opened my eyes, my mind had been running through a thousand tasks at once—preparations, accommodations, messages, security, food, warriors, boundaries, and the arrival of three entire races. The elves had finally replied to the message I sent, and if things went according to their letter, the situation in the werewolf realm was about to turn chaotic in a matter of hours.I stood in the center of the pack house courtyard, scanning the busy movements around me. Warriors shifted heavy equipment. Omegas hurried back and forth with linens and crates of supplies. Newly hired maids scrubbed windows and swept walkways. Every corner of the pack was alive with activity. And I was the one who had to make sure none of it collapsed.Micha wasn't here yet. He texted earlier saying he would be late—Kira's pregnancy was in it's early stage, and he needed to stay by her side. I didn't blame him. If my mate were pregnant
Chapter 38The Elven Realm"Your Majesty, a letter came in from the Werewolf Realm," the messenger announced.King Johnson frowned. "The Werewolf Realm? They're aware of us now? They know other realms exist? What do they want—another war?""No, Your Majesty, it's not like that at all. They need help," the messenger clarified."Help?" a voice interjected. A man with golden hair and red eyes stepped forward—it was Erin's grandfather, who was currently in the Elven Realm."Why would they need help? I suggest we just leave them to their problems.""Michael, can I at least read the letter that was sent?" the king asked."Sure, Your Majesty," Michael replied.King Johnson chuckled and collected the letter from the messenger. As he opened it, his expression shifted from rigid to grave.Michael noticed the change. "What's in the letter, John?"The king's voice was low and tense. "He's back… Roosevelt has awakened from his slumber."Michael froze. "What?! Roosevelt is awake? I thought he would
Chapter 37 Werewolf Realm – Red Moon Pack Alpha Levi's POV News travels fast across the werewolf realm, but tragedy travels even faster. When word reached the Red Moon Pack that Alpha Draven had fallen in battle, a trembling silence rippled through our territory. Draven was not just a strong Alpha — he was one of the pillars of our world. If monsters could bring him down, what hope did the rest of us have? The whispers spread like wildfire. "The White Moon Alpha is dead." "The creatures tore through their northern wall." "Even Alpha Draven couldn't survive." Fear crept into the hearts of my pack members. Mothers pulled their pups closer. Warriors sharpened their weapons twice as long. Even the elders, who had lived through decades of hardship, looked shaken. When a titan falls, the ground quakes beneath everyone. By evening, an urgent letter arrived — a summons to all Alphas across the twelve remaining packs. Whether they had already been attacked or were on the brink of att
