Aurora’s POV:The room was now quiet with only my sobs resounding around it. Both Danielle and the doctor had since left, leaving me with Klaus who stood watching me, with no expression on his face.I was mad, but at the same time, frustrated.After what seemed like an excruciating forty-five minutes, Klaus crouched beside me and wordlessly pulled me into a hug. Aurora’s POV: The atmosphere was tense as I stared at Klaus’ outstretched hand in confusion. Right now, I couldn’t exactly say if I was excited at the prospect of getting married to my heartthrob or pissed. Pissed that it had to come to this.“What is this?” I said. My voice was nothing but a mere whisper. I couldn’t look at Klaus’ face for fear of what I might find there. Aurora’s POV:As I stood in front of the mirror, gazing at my reflection, my heart felt heavy with mixed emotions. Today was the day I was supposed to get married to Klaus, to seal the deal with him in a wedding that felt more like a transaction than a celebration of love. I took a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves, and nodded at my stylist who looked way happier than I did about this union.“I’m done with your makeup now ma’am. Aurora’s POV:After the whole incident with Michael was taken care of by Klaus and his soldiers, our wedding ceremony continued and at the end of the day, Klaus and I returned to his pack as a couple.Upon arrival, I was surprised to see that most of his pack members were already waiting for us outside. They threw confetti at us and screamed excitedly as our cars trooped into the pack. I had no idea why she was here even after I had called off our engagement several weeks ago but at the same time, I was curious… and we were supposed to be friends right?
