The muffled roar of the crowd moved through the thick walls of the preparation room.

Max stood at the center of the room, shirtless, his muscles tense as he flexed his fists and rolled his shoulders.

His wolf stirred beneath the surface, restless and impatient, eager to face whatever challenge awaited beyond those heavy oak doors.

Eugene, arms crossed, paced slowly behind him. His jaw was tight, his expression grim but focused. Beside him, Becca sat on the edge of the long wooden table, her fingers tapping nervously against her thigh.

Mira was kneeling near Max, tightening the band around his wrist and checking his arm guards one last time.

The air between them pulsed with the same rhythm as the distant drumbeats outside. The entire arena could be heard, thousands of voices blending into one.

Mira exhaled softly.

“There,” she said, tugging on the band to test its fit. “It’s perfect, you’re ready.”

Max cracked a small smile, his voice low but steady.

  • The Rejected Omega's Redemption    The Caged Hearts

The iron door had not opened once since last night. The air inside the chamber was cold and heavy, filled with the faint scent of blood and anger. The single lantern in the corner flickered weakly, casting trembling shadows that were across the walls like ghosts.Becca sat curled up against the far end of the room, her arms wrapped around her knees. Her hair was tangled, her once-clean dress torn from the struggle that had brought them here. She hadn’t slept, not truly. Every time she closed her eyes, she saw Eugene’s face as the guards dragged him away, and she had done nothing to stop it.Across from her, Mira paced the room like a caged wolf, her expression evident with anger and worry. The rhythmic click of her shoes echoed faintly each time she turned. “They have forgotten us,” she muttered, mostly to herself. “That’s what Desmond wants. For us to rot in here while he parades around with his stolen crown.”Max stirred where he sat by the end of the room, the dim light glintin

  • The Rejected Omega's Redemption    The Alpha Before the Moon

The Moon Council demanded to enter the throne room and they had authority even Desmond couldn’t simply ignore, not without consequences.Jack stepped forward. “Alpha,” he said quietly, “we should at least hear them out. It would show strength.”Desmond glanced over his shoulder, his eyes gleaming with cold amusement.“Jack, do you think I’ve taken control of this pack to prove it to anyone?”Jack swallowed the bitterness rising in his throat. Desmond’s arrogance had become unbearable since the coup, and the weight of guilt pressed harder.Desmond tilted his head toward the sound, his eyes gleaming of the Councillors demanding audience.“Well,” he murmured, “since they’ve come all this way, let’s not keep our guests waiting.”He walked down, his shoes echoing against the marble floor. Jack followed closely behind, trying to read his Alpha’s expression. The guards opened the throne room doors, revealing the grand courtyard bathed in morning light. And there they were.Six members of th

The Weight of the Crown The mansion had never been so quiet.Jack moved through its halls like a ghost. Every sound, the scrape of his boots, the faint echo of a distant voice, seemed to mock the silence that had replaced life inside the mansion. stale.Jack’s thoughts were dark he walked through, his faced fixed into a frown he had no control over.He had made his choice, he knew what he had to do. If he could reach Desmond, if he could reason with him, maybe there was still a chance to stop this before the pack was torn apart completely. It had to be now.He straightened his shoulders and pushed open the doors to the throne hall. The majestic chamber welcomed him.Golden light filtered through tall windows, catching on the intricate carvings of the throne that now belonged to Desmond. The seat of the Alpha King, once a symbol of unity, now felt like the heart of corruption.Desmond sat upon it.He looked every bit the ruler he had always wanted to be. His black uniform gleamed, h

  • The Rejected Omega's Redemption    A Shift of Power

The morning air inside the hallways of Blackwood mansion was stale, like too still and too quiet. The scent of submission lingered like smoke after a fire. Jack’s boots landed hard on the marble floors with an echo as he walked beside Ava.Ava’s triumphant, confident voice sliced through the silence. “Can you believe it, Jack?” she said, her tone filled with joy. “Everything finally looks... orderly. Don’t you think?”Jack didn’t respond. His eyes trailed along the corridor walls, tracing the banners that once bore the golden emblem of the true Alpha King. They had been replaced overnight, now changed to colours of Desmond’s choosing. They looked blood red and silver. The new symbol looked cruel, like a wolf with its jaws open wide.Ava caught his silence and smirked. “You should be proud. Desmond finally did what your weak Alpha Eugene didn’t have the strength to do. The pack will thank him soon enough.”Jack’s jaw tightened. He could taste the bitterness in his throat. The corri

  • The Rejected Omega's Redemption    The Price of Power

The silence that followed Desmond’s final step was deep, so deep it seemed to swallow the world whole and the servants retreated to whisper in the shadows. Brian sat in the pool of torchlight, half-naked beneath the blood-stained bandages that bound his ribs. The flickering light threw sharp shadows across his face, revealing a faint, knowing smile. Desmond stopped before him, his hands clasped behind his back. His eyes, cold and calculating, moved over the man who had made his victory possible. For a moment, neither spoke but just stared at the othe other as if waiting for the first one to talk. Finally, Desmond broke the silence. “Are you in pain?” he asked, his voice smooth, deceptively gentle. Brian chuckled lowly, the sound coarse and dark. “Pain?” He tilted his head, his lips twitching. “Pain reminds me I’m still alive. That’s more than I can say for this pack right now.” Desmond’s jaw tightened. “Watch your tongue.” “Or what?” Brian asked quietly. “You’ll throw me

  • The Rejected Omega's Redemption    The Throne of Betrayal

The echo of chains was the only sound that followed Desmond as he walked out of the dungeon. The heavy iron doors clanged shut behind him with a finality that seemed to shake the air itself. Alpha Eugene was locked deep in the dungeons, bound and powerless, the proud half-brother now reduced to a trembling prisoner. The war for the Blackwood throne was over, or so Desmond thought. He drew in a deep breath, the faint scent of smoke and fear filling his lungs as he went up the staircase leading back to the grand arena. His boots echoed against the stone steps like drumbeats of victory. The halls still trembled from the chaos that had erupted not too long ago.Above him, the muffled sounds of thousands still lingered. The pack members were still gathered in the arena, trying to process what had just happened. At the top of the steps, two guards straightened immediately at his approach. They bowed their heads low.“Alpha King Desmond,” one said, his voice trembling slightly.Desmond ba
