6- Dark Crystal

Our house now is full of people

we already have Ms. Silva the sole survivor of the 1st floor

but I remember again the scene before we go back

all the zombies chase him and turn left at the court

and after a second the zombies scatter

even though i don't saw what happen it was very clear that Phil is already been eaten and already one of them

my tears fall, it is so hard that every minute by now one of my friends are one by one becoming a zombie

my brother saw me crying so it went beside me

"Sister, what you saw outside?"- JM

"It was like a hell there are too many zombies at the roads and..."- Dessa

"and?"- JM

I cant say it so that I covered my eyes and cry again

"Phil is gone, we saw him outside, he was chased by the zombie"- Bobby

"HA!!"- JM

"that is true I thought we are hallucinating but after Dessa said his name, the sudden realization hits us and we immediately recognize him"- Jobert

"We can't do anything, we lock the gate and if we went outside maybe we are a goner already"- Jester

JM went silent and cry beside me

it is so hard to believe

"is Mama safe?"-JM

JM looks to his father eyes

Papa went to JM and hug him

"don't worry Mama is alright"- Bobby

even though Papa said she is alright but deep inside of my mind saying that my mother is in danger even though she is at the overseas

we count our foods and now that we have an extra mouth to feed

our foods now can survive us until 2 to 3weeks depends on how we fed ourselves

we are back again to our meeting and plan what are we going to do next

Jester suggested that we should wipe away all the zombie in the apartment

it was feasible but our main combatant is only 3person

we can make it 4 but my cousin's father is ill and can't tire himself

and according to Papa 1 zombie is strong enough and in a contest of power, he is losing to it

"so if we don't ambush them, we have no chance of winning?"- Jobert

"yes"- Bobby

"their speed also is in a whole new level remember when we saw Phil chased by those zombie"- Jobert

"They run really fast even though they're movements are strange"- Dessa

we device different plans but all of our plan has a major lapses

so we better close the gate that connecting on 3rd floor

that's the most feasible thing we can do and brought the slain zombie into the rooms so that there is no obstacle on the ground

Papa and Jester quickly move the bodies into the rooms and went inside

while me, I volunteer to be our lookout in the balcony but Papa is against it

so we've decided that both us will be the lookout

on the balcony, we are in form of a crouch so that the zombie can't see us and can do our job more fluently

Papa suddenly frown

"There are too many zombies"- Bobby

"Papa can we really survive this disaster"- Dessa

"dont worry I'm here I'll protect you and JM until we saw your mother"- Bobby

3 PM

the sun is setting soon

the zombies are still roaming around they are moving strangely, their mouths are always moving in a biting manner

they growl time to time

but suddenly a person again!

came out from Phil's aunties house!

I focus my sight to the person that is running towards our apartment

he was carrying a large rock in his hands

but due to the number of zombies, he was already been seen

the figure is looking very the same as the person that we saw last time

the zombies are rushing to him, but there were no emotions in his face

but I knew him! I really know him!

"BROTHER PHIL!?"- Dessa

he throws the rock to us!

father and I were so shocked to the sudden turn of the event but the rock never hits us

the rock throws to our back and there is something that the rock hits!

*GGWWUO-!*

the rock hit someone behinds us!

my father and I immediately look behind us and found the 2 zombies that Papa and Cousin Jester already slew!

"how come they are still moving!!"- Dessa

Papa prepares immediately himself

"stay behind me!"- Bobby

one of the zombies is lying in the ground but still growling to us

while the other one is running towards father!!

the zombie jump to my father!

but blocked by him, he's blocking the neck of the zombie so that it won't bite us

*RRROOAARR!!*

but the zombies are strong! and at any moment it will successfully bite my father

I want to help my father but my body is not moving!

while the other zombie is still crawling but it was very near to me!!!

"Dessa run and call your cousin!"- Bobby

but at that moment I was too scared and the crawling zombie is trying to reach me!!

in a few inches, the zombie came to my very foot

*RRRROOOAArr!!!*

its bloody face that is already been stabbed before, is gushing with blood

"help... help me..." - Dessa

GRROAARR!*

"H-HELP..."- Dessa

when the zombie is trying to bite me

father adjust his foot and let the zombie bite his legs!

"aaarrrrrggg... Dessa... run..."- Bobby

as the bite is getting more stronger the blood on his legs is pouring

"NO!!!!"- Dessa

suddenly from our house, a two-figure is running towards us

*RrROOA-!*

*CHAK!*

the zombie that is attacking my father has been fallen down

while the crawling zombie is stabbed at its head

While shaking, I lookup

and

I found cousin Jester and Jobert slew the 2 zombies

Father suddenly sit down and hold his wounded legs

"p-papa!!"- Dessa

his feet are not bleeding too much but the zombie bite is there and some blood along with it

This is not real! I don't want this reality! Help us! help! god please! please...

as I rush to my father side I hug him tightly

"papa sorry!! sorry!!"- Dessa

my father holds my head, with his bright smile, he hides the pain in his heart

"I'm okay, don't worry about me"- Bobby

no! no! 

"but but but!! you're bitten because of me!! huuwaaaa!!!"- Dessa

the tears keep falling and the pain, the fear, and all negative emotion now is dwindling inside me

Jester looks at my father and suddenly realize what is happening

"Uncle Bobby has been bitten..."- Jester

his tears fall slightly while he is biting his lips

"anytime soon ill become one of them so bring Dessa inside please"- Bobby

I won't go anywhere! no!

"no no no i won't!!"- Dessa

Jester holds my shoulder

but I struggle

I won't go anywhere without my Father!

"no!! i won't leave my father behind!!"- Dessa

though Father is in too much pain he forces himself to smile for me

"please my little angel for Papa's sake please don't watch me turning into a monster"- Bobby

"p-papa!! hhhuuwwaA!!!"- Dessa

slowly cousin Jester is making me stand but I won't letting fathers arms go

but suddenly Jobert, butted

"wait!"- Jobert

Cousin Jobert's sudden call makes us stop

he is reading something on a piece of paper

"I know this writing!" Jobert

but Jester is not minding the discovery of Jobert

"what is that, we better back inside"- Jester

but Jobert pursue it and shout

"no! this is important! this piece of paper that covered the rock has a piece of information!"- Jobert

i saw the big rock beside the zombie, but now when i think about the rock that was thrown to us that it was covered by something

and suddenly i remembered Phil

"Phil!"- Dessa

I immediately look outside but there was no any trace of him and magically his body is gone

"where is Phil..."- Dessa

Jobert suddenly calls us

"look look!"- Jobert

"what is it"- Jester

Cousin Jobert reads what is inside the paper

the words scribble in the paper was not align properly but some words caught our attention

"zombie bite wont make you into a zombie but dying after being bitten by the zombie can transform you into one of them"- Jobert

our eyes becone wide and slowly our face become brighter

"so Papa is okay!?"- Dessa

"yes!"- Jester

but Jobert stoos our early celebration

"wait for there's more, dont leave the zombie behind after slaying them, loot their body by placing your hand on its head or else they will reanimate again and you have to slay them again"- Jobert

with sudden realization all of us look at the zombies that are lying on the ground

now we all know that the 2 zombie that they slew last time was reanimated due to not looting them!

without any second thought urgently Cousin Jobert and Jester approach the zombie and place their hand to its head

after 3secs the zombie's body has been disintegrated and leave something

cousin Jobert and Jester check the thing that left behind by the zombie

"What is this?"- Jester

"who gave that information to us?"- Bobby

"it was Brother Phil"- Dessa

"But how? we all saw how the zombies rampage on him"- Bobby

"I don't know but I can't be wrong, he is the one who throws that rock to the zombie at our back"- Dessa

"according to this piece of paper, Phil's call this thing as Dark Crystal"- Jobert"

"Dark Crystal"- Dessa

the questions in our mind are getting bigger and bigger while the answer is stagnating
