The sound of Megan screaming was almost deafening. Rhode shut his eyes immediately, “I apologize!” He said, taking a step, then another backwards until he was out of the room. As he shut the door, he said “I promise, I did not see anything.”
Inside the room, Megan was flushed. Truth was, she wasn’t undressed or improperly dressed. She was standing in front of her new vanity and taught to decorate her hair with what was left of the flowers.
