"Come in." Neon answers from inside.

"I brought tea."

With his head, he points towards his cabinet so she can drop the tea.

Although he just arrived, his bed has already become a pool of papers.

Nervously she looks around, her hands are sweaty as she opens her mouth and closes it, watching if Neon saw.

"You never told me what happened to Maura," she says.

Neon Freezes mid-air, almost like he suddenly stopped functioning.

"I still don't know how you are acquainted with my wife," Neon says, resuming his work.

"Maura and I met several years ago when I went on a vacation. We grew close and befriended each other for three weeks." She tells him with a sad expression.

"You said 'for'..."

slowly, Neon turns around, his ears perking as he catches her words. "The Maura I know won't easily let go of the people she calls friends."

"I don't know, I got back home and tried calling but her line was unreachable."

"I see, Maura went somewhere far away, we separated and she won't be coming back
