A Pack member again “Stop…please stop!” I scream out. “It will stop as soon as you pledge your allegiance.” Ricardo holds me tight, not giving me an inch of movement to attack. “I can’t…” I gasp out. Not the back door I lost, my wolf totally failing me. I was hardly any faster than a human. Then to finish it off I was informed that stage three training started in the Alpha’ office and I was cutting it fine to get back to the courtyard in time for 9am. After watching Rafe gloat about being the world’s best beta, I started to run back in the direction of the Alpha’s office. Violet eyes. I was in a foul mood for the rest of the week. I still wasn’t allowed to use weapons in training and in fact, Ricardo was starting to pull my sparring matches. He claimed that Hong knew Lycan history more, being an alpha, and he didn’t need to accompany me as often in the library. So I basically slept, ate, read and repeat.
