Eero's perspective
I was then taken out of the dungeon by several omegas for a bath, which I refused to have. But being held by those she-wolves, I couldn't fight back. "I didn't know you're hiding these curves underneath your horrid clothing," Luna Vera commented. For the first time, she was delighted to see me. I could even see how proud she was for how I turned out looking this fine after she made me wear this lacy white silk dress. "If you want to make me proud of you, then do this wholeheartedly, Eero. You'll make no fuss and leave with them obediently, as if you're doing this according to your will." She whispered to my ears softly, as if attempting to enchant me to buy her evil plan. Just as I was about to open my mouth and say something, a sob escaped my lips. "No-uh. I don't want to hear any more of your crying, Eero." Luna Vera pressed her forefinger against my lips quickly. "You won't be so selfish to see the cruel Alpha burn our pack down, right? Do you want Alpha Claudius to kill your father and every shifter in Moon River?"My head shook involuntarily at her questions. It was no secret that I sometimes questioned whether Alpha Ameo loved me. But I knew I wouldn't just stand by if I could do something to prevent him from getting killed."That's what I thought, my good girl." Luna Vera kissed my cheeks before she walked out of the door. As soon as it closed, tears dropped along my face. Not long after, the door was pushed open once again. I was surprised to see Cohen stepping in anxiously. "Y-You look different, Eero. I didn't know you could be this beautiful!" Cohen exclaimed as his eyes landed on me, his gaze lingering. Obviously, he got stunned by how I looked now.Ignoring those compliments, I walked towards him slowly. "I'm glad that you're here. I know I was right. You're still my mate. At the back of your heart, you still care for me." "I'm here to take you away, Eero. You can't be Claudius' breeder," Cohen reached out his hand for me. For the first time today, I found myself agreeing with him."You're right. I can't do this. Being an Alpha's breeder means being his sex slave. I don't think I can do that," I hesiated while looking at Cohen's hand. Swallowing a lump in my throat, I decided to take his hand in the end. "But if I ran away, Alpha Claudius would start a bloody fight against Moon River. He would wipe up my pack." I withdrew my hand immediately, even when it was just one inch away from Cohen's. But Cohen grabbed my retracting hand in time."Trust me, Eero. We can beat Claudius as long as my pack joins force with yours. I won't let Claudius make you his breeder, nor kill anyone in this pack." Cohen intertwined his fingers with mine. Just as we turned to the door and were about to escape, the door was kicked open. Stormed in the fuming Serra. She pulled Cohen away from me instantly. Then a sharp slap landed on my cheeks."I know you're up to no good, Eero. How could you be so selfish to choose to run away when you already know the consequence of violating Alpha Claudius' wish?! You could put Cohen in extreme danger!""Serra." Cohen reached out for Serra, trying to calm her down, but only earned a glare from her. It was fierce enough to make my mate shut his lips. "You're coming down with me! Let her leave with Alpha Claudius. Stop acting like a fool unless you want to get beheaded by two Alphas for being a traitor!" She spat before dragging Cohen out of the room. Another thirty minutes went by before I was called by Alpha Ameo. He escorted me from the room to the great hall personally. Alpha Claudius was waiting for me there. "It's clear that you'll cause us no trouble, right?" Luna Vera, who was standing on my other side, asked."Yes." With the last hope of escaping gone, I was left with no choice but to nod my head. "Good. Good luck to you. Alpha Claudius is the one with gray and brown eyes," she whispered. I felt like I could tell Alpha Claudius even if she hadn't told me which one was him.His aura oozed power and authority. Everyone in the hall looked weaker compared to him. My father was just a nobody in front of him. Luna Vera gave me a subtle nudge towards Alpha Claudius, which almost tripped me off. Luckily, he caught me in time. I pulled away from him immediately when I felt him sniff my scent."Is she the one that your pack offers to be my breeder, Alpha Ameo?" He asked. "Yes, Alpha King. Is she to your liking?" My father asked humbly while I looked down, as I didn't dare to stare back at him. His gaze was just burning!"You're right. She looks so innocent and pure. I'd like to strike this deal as long as she is still a virgin." Alpha Claudius said in a good mood."She is not!" Serra, who burst out in anger, shouted. The next thing she did caught everyone off-guard.She was untying the string of my dress rudely! It revealed the marks and hickeys that Trevor left all over my chest!!Eero's PerspectiveI didn't want to get up from the bed. The softness of the mattress was tempting me and on top of that, my eyelids felt heavy to open. My mind had already agreed that I'd stay in bed for another hour after I checked the time when I felt my stomach churning. It stopped me from my track, but chose to shrug it off until a squeaky feeling came over me and I couldn't find the urge to throw up.I run fast to the bathroom and vomit whatever is left in my stomach. After rinsing my mouth, I checked my reflection in the mirror."But I don't look sick." I checked my temperature too and I don't feel feverish."Did I eat something last night that could upset my stomach?" I whispered to myself. I opened the drawer to grab an ointment that I could use for my tummy when I saw an unopened box of tampons.I rushed out of the bathroom to grab my phone on the bedside table."I'm three weeks delayed with my period. My period n
ClaudiusSeeing that the tracker that I asked Caspian to chip on Octavio's skin after he was locked in the cell was moving towards the forest. I got up from my seat and prepared myself to come after him to get my pup back and bring Perseus to safety."I don't get it," Caspian said."This part of this forest where Octavio is heading to is a dead end," he hummed. I looked down at Caspian."What do you mean by it's a dead end?""Alpha, there is no escape route. Octavio knows the Regulus territory better than anyone. It's impossible that he isn't aware that when he run to do this forest, our deltas would easily corner him, and avoid being captured by our deltas. The only thing left to do is to jump from the cliff."My lips parted in shock."I know what that old hog is about to do," I said.Eero grabbed my arm to make me face her. "You do? What is it?"But how can I tell her Octavio's evil
Eero's PerspectiveWhenever Perseus sleeps with me. I would wake up to his tiny arms tightly wrapped around my waist while his face was buried in my arm. It's the muscle cramps and the numbing sensation that wakes me up earlier than usual, and so when I didn't feel him using my arm as his pillow, I instinctively called for his name before I could open my arm."Mate, shh. He's still sleeping," Claudius said in a low voice.I couldn't help but smile and silently giggle as I saw how Perseus had wrapped his arm around his father's upper body."He's hugging me so tightly that I could barely breathe, but I can't dare whine. I like feeling this little pup in my arm," he said to me.Perseus looks tiny in Claudius' arms, way more fragile looking compared to when he is in my arms."Don't move. I'll take a picture of you two," I said to him and slowly got up, moving carefully so the noise wouldn't wake up our son.Cla
Eero's PerspectiveCaspian and Miguel cleared their throat in a not-so-subtle way in an attempt to make me and Claudius break away from the hug that we were sharing."I think I caught a cold. I can't stop coughing," Caspian said again while he continued to force himself to cough. I chuckled and attempted to push Claudius away."They are hinting that we should stop flirting in front of them," I whispered to Claudius."I don't give a damn about them, Eero." "Why don't you two search for your fated mate or second chance mate so you won't be jealous anymore?" Claudius asked Caspian."Did you think that I'm not trying to do that? I'm desperately looking for my fate mate, dude, but maybe if you'd stop dragging my ass in different places then I'll be able to find her."Our eyes then gathered to look at Miguel, who was enjoying his toasted marshmallow. I'm in no rush to look for her. It's called fated mates, when the timing i
Eero's Perspective"I had to come here to tell you that dinner is waiting for us," Claudius said while his eyes sharply traced the newly-founded distance between me and Miguel."Oh, yes, because we don't have enough omegas around the realm which is why the Alpha picked us himself for dinner," Miguel whispered sarcastically."Were you trying to say something, Blackthorn?" Miguel grinned and shook his head."Did you hear me say something?" Claudius glared at Miguel even more."I was starving, I could eat a whole cow. I hope you prepared a feast for me, Claudius?" Miguel flashed a teasing smile at my mate."It's the least you could offer after I did the favor that you asked me years ago.""Every meal in the realm is considered a feast, but if you're craving for a particular dish that wasn't served at the buffet. You could request that from our private chef. They will accommodate any of your cravings.""Ah
Eero's PerspectiveI narrowed my eyes at Claudius and hit his chest. My mate laughed at me before he pulled me closer to his chest. He gently sniffed the scent of my hair and then I felt him kiss my forehead."Your legs are still shaking," he whispered laughing. I raised my hand to hit him again, but he skillfully caught it. His fingers caged my wrist and pinned it back on the bed, within a blink of an eye. Claudius was back on top of me. His manhood poking my thighs."Let me rest, will you, please? I missed you too. I miss making love to you, but I'll end up limping if we do it again. I'm sore down there.""Let me check," he said. Claudius moved fast down. My lips twitched in pain and the muscles in my face twisted."It's all red and swollen. Taking a cold bath will soothe you. Should I wash you? Or do you want to take a nap first?" He asked. The sun outside was slowly leaving the sky. In an hour, it'll be dinner time.&nb
