CHAPTER NINETY

ADRIAN’S POV

Isabella had fallen asleep on my chest. I needed to get her cleaned up but I didn’t want to wake her up. I carefully peeled her away from me and then went to the bathroom to get a washcloth. I soaked it with water and went to clean between her legs.

I didn’t think it was enough. I wanted to wash everything off her. I went back to the bathroom and filled the bathtub with water. I carried her inside the bathroom and hoped her exhaustion was enough to keep her asleep.
