Violet’s POV

“These damn chains!” I cried out, voice echoing off the bathroom tiles as I struggled to do the most basic thing which was fix my hair, or at least pretend to look presentable for my first day as Avenmoor’s resident problem. Every move was a disaster, the chains clinked and snagged on everything, my shirt, the faucet, the towel rack. I banged my wrist on the sink for the third time and nearly lost it.

“Great, add ‘battle scars from personal hygiene’ to my growing list of traumas,” I muttered, giving the mirror my best evil eye. If curses worked here, this glass would’ve shattered by now. But the girl staring back at me? I didn’t even know her. Wild hair, tired eyes, bruised wrists, a whole aura of I-don’t-belong-here.

I used to have a plan.

Graduate with good grades. Get a job. Maybe marry my jerk of an ex.

Now? I killed him.

And here I am, in a place where people can kill each other for fun and power, and somehow I’m the one in chains.

I tried to laugh, because if I star

  • The Savage Luna and Her Six Obsessive Monsters   Chapter 6: Inappropriate.

Violet’s POVBy the time Lara finally stopped in front of a heavy black door marked C-13, my wrists were aching from the chains and my brain was spinning from everything I’d just survived. She fumbled the key, dropped it, swore under her breath, and I realized, not for the first time, that she was scared of me. Really scared. She kept her body angled away, movements twitchy and too fast, as if she thought I’d sprout claws and eat her right there in the hallway. And honestly? I couldn’t even blame her.If I could run from myself, I would. The lock clicked and she swung the door open, backing away like she expected me to explode. “There you go,” she whispered, holding out the key at arm’s length, her eyes never quite meeting mine. I took it, clumsy, cold metal against bruised, trembling fingers. My chains rattled loud in the hush, a harsh reminder that I was still a prisoner, even here. She hovered, hesitating at the threshold like she might say something kind, but in the end she just s

Violet’s POV“What the hell are you two doing, fighting over this newcomer?” The elite bitch with the slap record snapped, her voice slicing through the crowd, but Zyran just cocked his head, gaze cold enough to make ice jealous.“If you don’t excuse yourself, Elara, you will burn,” Zyran said, his tone so casual it made the threat sound like a bedtime story. Elara’s bravado melted in a blink, her spine straightened and she backpedaled fast, like she’d just remembered she left the stove on somewhere. The hallway buzzed, power radiating off the two men, and honestly, I couldn’t figure out what was more confusing, the way people parted for them, the way every student clung to the walls, or the way my pulse hammered in my ears, not with fear but with something meaner, hungrier.Seriously, what the hell is going on? What’s this mate bullshit? Why are these monsters claiming me like I’m a Black Friday deal, and why am I not even scared, just... pissed off? I don’t know if I want to punch t

  • The Savage Luna and Her Six Obsessive Monsters   Chapter 4: Mate...Mate..Mate!

Violet’s POV“You feel it, don’t you?” he rasped, voice low and feral. “That thing clawing under your skin... that madness in your blood.”I froze, because yes, hell yes, I did feel it. Whatever the hell was inside me, it wasn’t human, wasn’t normal, and it wasn’t sleeping, it was snarling behind my ribs, reacting to this stranger like it knew him but the man squatting in front of me wasn’t getting credit for anything except invading my personal space with predator energy and the audacity of a goddamn Bond villain. So I inhaled, ignored the way my skin still tingled from the way he said mate, and shifted my glare to Seraphina like I’d just woken up from a very vivid, very illegal fever dream.“Who’s this lunatic saying shit and claiming me?” I snapped, voice sharp, and trembling with confusion and growing rage. “And why the hell is everyone looking like we just kissed at a funeral?”No one answered immediately.Everyone and I mean every single weirdo in that glowing crypt of a room wa

  • The Savage Luna and Her Six Obsessive Monsters   Chapter 03: Woke Up Like Hell

Violet’s POV It started with screams, Sasha’s, the students’, the ones burning, they clawed through the silence, echoing with every hateful word they’d thrown at me… freak, murderer, abomination, I felt blood, fire, skin peeling, my name being screamed in curses and then...nothing. Until I gasped awake. I jolted upright with a scream, heart racing, but something yanked me back down and my eyes shot towards my hands. Chains, thick and glowing, iron-forged chains, they pinned my wrists and ankles, heavy and humming with strange energy. My heart pounded, that burning inside me, it was still there, faint, but present and before I could gather my breath, I looked up and saw them. People or at least... I thought they were. Six of them stood around me, quiet and unmoving. Their features were too perfect, skin too smooth, eyes faintly glowing, they looked like statues trying to pretend they were human. One of them stepped forward, a woman, tall, with flowing silver hair that shimmered

Violet’s POV I was still standing there, body burning from the inside out, chest heaving, heat curling beneath my skin like it was trying to claw its way out. Liam wasn’t moving, he just lay there, blood trickling from too many places, staining the floor, his mouth hung slightly open and eyes were unfocused. I couldn’t look away despite wanting to. Around me, voices buzzed like angry flies, phones were out, recording, whispering and filming me. Sasha took a step forward, face twisted between fear and disbelief. “Violet…” she choked. “What the actual fuck...what did you do?!” I blinked at her, then at Liam and suddenly, the room tilted cause my eyes were clearly heavy, I took a slow, shaky step toward him. But Sasha screamed. “Stay away from him!” I froze as more phones were up now, more eyes watching me with nothing but fear and horror. “She’s a monster,” someone muttered behind me. “That monster hurt Liam.” Another voice shouted, “Call the police! No, the army.
