“Isn’t that girl really weird?” Terrence frowned.

 “Look at it, her body is shaking.” I showed such a small thing to Terrence. 

Terrence laughed and made a slow attempt to deny it. But I’m not blind by any stretch of the imagination. Reina had something to worry about. I don’t know that. Reina averted her gaze when our eyes met each other. She was trying to avoid charges. 

I stood up to go to her and asked her what had happened to make her so pale. But Reina left the room right away. Terrence kept me from following her, but Terrence told me to stay by his side until Detective Jayden got here because he had already contacted Detective Jayden.

My grandmother and mother came to me to check on me. They asked if I had drunk the Pea flower tea before the maid drank it. I explained to them that I hadn’t drunk it at all—because the dust seemed to me very odd.
