Chapter 12: The Fear

Third Person's POV

When Jeff looked at John Dave's unconscious body he backed away because he remembered how he had been punched before. He was scared so he slowly left the room and approached the four people who were eating.

"After you eat, blindfold him and tie his hands and feet to the big tree outside."

"Dude, it's early in the morning. He won't wake up right away because it takes a long time for our sleeping pills to wear off," Nilo whined.

"We can drink wine later," Mario added happily.

"Yes, while guarding that sleeping merchant!" Bert agreed.

Jeff could do nothing but give in to his companions. After eating, the four of them were drinking with him.

His companions were making a lot of noise but no one could hear them because their hideout was far from civilization.

They continued to drink alcohol while Jeff was just lying there. He doesn't want him to be completely drunk because his colleagues can't do what he's asking them to do.
