Zaiden knelt next to Selena when she dropped her knees and cried silently. When she felt him next to her, she threw her arms around him and cried on his shoulder. The people in the dining hall looked on with concern, not understanding what was happening. When Selena calmed down, she pulled out her notebook. The man who kidnapped me from my pack and took me to Last Moon is here. When Zaiden read what she wrote, he mindlinked the guards. "Lock the palace down. There's someone here who shouldn't be, and he's responsible for hurting Selena." Gunnar hung up the phone and looked at Bianca. They'd only been together for a few weeks, but in that short time, there had been a lot going on. Now, it looked like it was going to continue. "That was King Zaiden. He asked if we could send some of our best warriors to help his own. Are you okay with going to the palace? I'll leave Austin and Jessica in charge while we're gone. Violet helped Selena put on a dark blue sundress and zipped it up for her while Zaiden was busy talking to the warriors. Violet braided her long blonde hair, and Selena smiled at her in the mirror. He was miserable before you came." She replied as Selena slid her feet into a pair of blue heels that matched her dress. She felt like a new person, being able to speak and hear. Selena was numb after they took Violet's body away. Why would she try to kill her? She had thought that Violet was one of the people she could trust. Andrew couldn't talk to Eros and Psyche in person, so he had to mindlink. Eros could be a real bastard at times, but he loved Psyche and his daughter. Psyche was going to be the hard one.
