As soon as she lands in Saudi Arabia, Alexandre Aguiar hurriedly exits the plane, walking through the corridors towards the exit where a car awaits him.

Before getting into the car, a man approaches him.

“Mr. Aguiar, what a pleasure to see you again!” says Rodolfo, extending his hand.

Alexandre recognizes one of his daughter’s ex-boyfriends and accepts the greeting.

“Are you here for work in Arabia, Rodolfo?”

“You know how it is, part of the job. Have you just arrived?”

“Yes, I had a family issue and ended up coming here.”

“But your only family is Morgana. If it helps, in case she’s running away from you, I saw her about two hours ago.”

Alexandre listens with his mouth open to the most recent information about his daughter, swallowing his tears and tries to be casual.

“Yes, that little rascal ran away. Could you tell me where she went and who she’s with?”

“She and her boyfriend went to Dubai.”

“Boyfriend? What boyfriend?” he asks dumbfounded.
