Chapter 016: One Step Closer (1)

Black's POV

"Welcome!" A familiar voice greeted me as I entered the cafe. "Oh! You came!" One of the waiters, Alabaster, exclaimed as he walked towards me. "I'm glad to see you here again."

"Well, you gave me a coupon." I replied. "It would be a waste not to use it, right?"

"Of course, of course." He smiled, then escorted me to a seat by the counter.

He went behind it and started making a drink. 

"Are you not gonna ask what my order is?" I asked. 

"This is a personal recommendation." He replied, again with that bright smile on his face. "You'll love it."

"You sound so sure of yourself."

"I wouldn't be working here if I wasn't confident in my own recommendations."
