Then, after knowing about the news he should think how to stop his grandfather-in-law. In the evening, when he had just locked Emma's fruit stall, he was suddenly approached by a number of large men who Bill guessed were common thugs.

"I'm tired, don't bother me now!" Bill said with a face that looked so tired.

A thug who appeared to be their leader came forward carrying a barbell.

Bill scowled, "What are you going to do with that?"

"You're the one who broke Baron's arm yesterday, right?" The thug asked with the fierce look.

Bill frowned and suddenly remembered a thug who had come to Emma's stall and intended to disrupt it.

"Uh, I didn't know that I broke it."

"Hit him!" the leader ordered with anger.

Bill casually engaged the men without expending much energy. He managed to land several punches on target.

However, Bill was caught off guard by his cell phone which suddenly vibrated. The leader took advantage of Bill's unpreparedness and hit him rather hard in the stomach.

"Feel that, man!" the leader cursed.

Bill only grimaced briefly, "Attacking when your enemy is unprepared is so cowardly, man!"

"Albert, just finish him off, don't talk to him," one of the men said.

The man named Albert grinned, "I'm a criminal, aren't I? Taking advantage of the enemy is certainly my specialty."

Bill grunted and returned the attack. The two engaged in quite a fight.

Punches were thrown, even kicks. But, Bill only took a few hits, while Albert took many more.

However, Albert did not give up. Even though he was limping and could barely stand, he still fought to the end.

As one of the leaders of the neighborhood thugs, giving up would certainly be his last resort. His reputation was certainly more important to him than his weakened physique.

As Bill was about to throw another punch, Albert managed to duck it. But now Bill pulled Albert by the collar and said, "Aren't you going to give up?"

"Huh, don't ever dream! I'd rather die than give up!" Albert said while spitting blood.

Bill grinned, "Uh, too bad!"

"Just kill me, no need to talk!" Albert said angrily.

Bill chuckled, "No. I still value your little life."

Albert glared, "I don't need your pity. Just kill me!"

Bill shook his head and instead picked up a mineral water bottle and gave it to Albert.

Albert was so thirsty that he thought he would die from the lack of fluid in his body. But he persevered. Although, the mineral water looked like water from heaven in his eyes, he wouldn't take it.

"Don't ignore my kindness! I could take offense!" Bill said.

Albert was wide-eyed. He thought for a moment. Uh, maybe it's okay to drink the bottled water, I can die peacefully afterward, at least I won't die of thirst. The man thought to himself.

Albert grabbed the bottled water and downed it greedily.

His men who were still awake suddenly widened their eyes when they saw what their leader was doing.

"Boss, what are you doing?" One of the youngsters who had been rendered helpless by Bill's lethal blow to his chest screamed.

Albert ignored him and was still drinking the water.

Bill said, "Do you want some too, young man?"

"Who are you calling a young man?" the young man who looked like he was still in his teens said.

Bill was being lazy, so he wordlessly forced the young man to drink water.

"Damn it! Do you intend to kill us with that water?" the young man asked.

Bill sighed wearily, "If I had intended to kill you, you would have died long ago."

Cold sweat poured down the young man's temples. "But-"

"Consider yourself lucky, I'm being kind," Bill said casually while cross-legged on the asphalt.

Albert still didn't understand the strange man's attitude.

"One thing I want, turn yourself in to the police station!" Bill said calmly.

"Are you crazy? The police? I'd rather you kill me than have to deal with the police," Albert said.

"That would be suicide," the young man who had just drunk some water said.

"Hey, you guys aren't in a position to choose. I didn't give you a choice," Bill said coldly.

The man's voice was too terrifying to hear, his aura so strong that Albert and his men who still had their eyes open shivered with fear.

"If you won't surrender then I'll have to drag you there." Bill got up and started contacting someone.

"You-"

"What? You idiot! I was helping you to lighten your punishment, but since you refused, congratulations on getting a harsher punishment," Bill said with a deadly smile.

Albert paled, "No. Wait."

"Goodbye. The police are already on their way here!" Bill said as he waved goodbye to the men.

  • The Strongest God of War   87. A Well Thought out Plan

Knox Mest, who heard Elliot Gardner's question, felt that it was unnecessary to ask it.After all, who didn't know about the war strategies that James Gardner had been implementing all this time? As far as he could remember, the Kingdom of Mecco, where he came from, had also been defeated by James Gardner in a war. So, who else could have devised such a meticulous strategy that the competition organizers didn't even realize that two intruders had entered the competition area? And this was confirmed by Riley Mackenzie, who smiled when he heard the question from his best friend's son. He then said, "Of course, son. In fact ... he was the one who made the plan to protect you so that you could reach the official competition area."Elliot was stunned. Ah, he knew his father was great. But he just didn't expect that his father had thought it through so thoroughly until now."It was your father who placed three commanders on each of your trips. And ... thanks to his crazy idea, the tw

James Garder suddenly sighed in annoyance when he heard Kharel Mackenzie's question. But he still answered, "He's now ... in Elliot's car.""Huh?" Kharel raised his eyebrows when he heard James' answer, looking surprised.James laughed irritably and then began to grumble in an unclear voice, "We made a mistake. Oh, I mean he ... your father made a mistake. He was supposed to drive this car, but ... he got the wrong number."He shook his head and continued, "Maybe he's lost his good eyesight so he can't read properly. Ah, that old man!"The middle-aged man looked like a child who had lost his toy. In fact, Richard looked confused by James' behavior in front of him. This made Kharel smile at Richard as if asking for his understanding. For the first time, Richard smiled understandingly. "Er, Uncle. So ... what's the plan?" Kharel asked, hoping James would forget his annoyance with his father. As if forgetting his irritation, James suddenly changed his expression to a serious one and be

Kharel was about to speak, but the driver cleared his throat softly, as if he hadn't finished talking yet. Kharel chose to remain silent for the time being, furrowing his brow."But ... unfortunately, you're too careless, young man!" the driver continued, followed by a soft laugh. However, it wasn't a mocking laugh. He was just laughing casually, as if what Richard had done was funny. But Richard still didn't like being laughed at like that, so he pressed the gun harder against the driver's forehead. "Don't talk too much! Or I'll really make you stop breathing!"However, the driver's reaction was beyond Richard's expectations. He casually replied, "Young man, a bullet is very precious in this place. You wouldn't use it just to kill someone you don't need to kill, like me, would you?""You talk too much!" Richard said in a slightly harsh tone.Kharel, who couldn't take it anymore, sighed irritably, "Uncle, stop playing around!"The driver laughed casually, "Your Highness, you recognize

Kharel was about to answer Elliot's question, but his best friend spoke first, "Kharel, have you forgotten my father is James Gardner and ... my grandfather is Jody Gardner?"Kharel's right eyebrow rose slightly. Elliot smiled crookedly, "I inherited two different traits from them. So, you ... don't need to worry. No one can fool Jody Gardner's grandson."Actually, Kharel wasn't surprised that Elliot was proud of his origins. He knew that Elliot's father was indeed a great war general. No one would dare doubt the abilities of the man who was his father's best friend. However, this was the first time he had mentioned Jody Gardner, a soldier who had been labeled a traitor because of his many actions that had harmed the Kingdom of Ans De Lou in the past."My grandfather did make many big mistakes, but ... I don't think anyone can deny that he was also quite clever ... cunning, right?"Elliot’s ears turned red, but he continued with a slightly embarrassed expression, “Ah, I mean … I inhe

  • The Strongest God of War   83. There's No Need to Worry!

Some participants looked very surprised by the names that came out for the group of eight. Even Elliot Gardner, who had joined Knox Mest, his friend in group six, gave him a surprised look. However, Kharel Mackenzie didn't think there was anything strange about it because the selection was done fairly, so he hurried to the right without hesitation. Richard De Kruk immediately followed him and stood beside his friend. "Did you think we would be in the same group?" Richard suddenly asked Kharel without turning his head."Never. It was all done randomly, anyone could be my groupmate," Kharel replied.Richard chuckled when he heard Kharel's words. And that laugh immediately made Kharel turn to him with a questioning look. Richard also immediately turned to Kharel and said, "It means you missed something."Kharel furrowed his brow and immediately asked, "What do you mean?"Richard didn't hesitate and began to explain, "Look at those colorful balls!"Kharel immediately obeyed Richard's

  • The Strongest God of War   82. How Is That Possible?

Joseph stared in shock, looking at Kharel with an incredulous expression. So much so that the young man asked in a trembling voice, "Are you serious?"However, it turned out that Joseph from the Kingdom of Blueming wasn't the only one who was shocked. Four participants from the Kingdom of Jorar suddenly glared at him. In fact, Remus Light quickly commented, "Have you gone crazy, Mackenzie?""Have you lost your mind, huh?" Jerry Glow asked.Kharel replied casually, "Why would I?"Remus snorted impatiently, "Hey, Mackenzie. Have you forgotten who he is? He's ... our enemy. You haven't lost your memory, have you?"Drew Mosh, who was usually calm, also responded, "Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Ans De Lou, I can understand if you and your friends don't want to kill. But ... bringing an enemy into our group, I can't accept that.""Why not?" Kharel replied, still looking calm.Calvin Reid quickly responded with a displeased tone, "You're still asking why? How can you-""If the four of you
