The Party

Beatrice can't focus her mind and attention on their guest as she remembers how Nate looked at her minutes ago. She can't believe that Nate is present at their party today. No one informs her about this, even Quiver.

Beatrice took a deep breath and looked in Nate's direction. And he is sitting at their assigned table now with Rayver and Eille. Beatrice felt sad as she looked at how Eille talked to Nate and made him smile. She can't understand why she's feeling this even though Beatrice marked on her that Quiver is the one she loves now and Quiver is the one who makes her feel special.

"Babe, are you okay? Why are you so silent?" Quiver asked as he kissed Beatrice on her cheeks.

"Nothing, I'm just nervous about something I didn't know. Maybe this kind of event is still new to me, and I am not used to this." Beatrice lied and smiled at Quiver.
