There's really something about schools, colleges, and university areas that seem to attract a lot of supernatural activities. One of the theories behind this is that these places are full of negative emotions that attract spirits and beings since it's also a source of power.

Another reason is that when nighttime strikes, there are hardly any humans left in these large, looming buildings which makes it favorable for ghost and specters. Hauntings then become quite common incidences. Eventually, with time, more and more of these presences will find a place in these vacant and unoccupied spaces, and more people will be aware of them causing more fear that they can feed on...
