"I can take care of my son, I don't need a lecture for that, especially from someone who had to beg to live with him." Ryker bitterly responded once Kathleen not only denied helping them but taunted him for not being able to calm a baby down.
"See, I knew you are capable of taking care of him. Well, I'm tired too, goodnight." With much heavy heart, Kathleen walked back to her room and locked the door.
"I'm so sorry, mommy would clean the world for you but it's time that I admit he is also your father, he should be more responsible rather than stealing you from me and quickly putting you back in my lap only when he finds it difficult to take care of you," Kathleen whispered in tears as she watched her son's empty crib.
She had to stop being too protective over Juan and let the father learn and take over his responsibility as well.
