Emma woke up with a start as she glanced around quickly, scanning the environment for any threats.

Seeing there was none, she inched closer to Tyler, her eyes filled with concentration as she checked on his wound.

Blood had stopped rushing out and she heaved a sigh of relief. He had given her quite a fright last night after getting stabbed by one of their attackers.

In her panic, she had smashed a stone over one of them but Tyler had already fallen unconscious. She glanced at the wound again.

She had torn a piece of her cloth and used Tyler's shirt to cover the wound while she used her cloth to secure the cloth firmly to the wound.

It wasn't the best first aid method but it'll have to do for now. She could only pray to the moon goddess to make Tyler regain consciousness soon so they could leave the forest.
