68. Don't Want You To Stop

Third Person's POV:

Mason was caught off guard by the painful accusation about his feelings for her. He gazed into her tear-filled eyes, struggling to find the words to respond. While he couldn't fathom why Isabel would think such a thing again, one thing was certain that he had never been more certain of his feelings for the woman standing before him.

Just as before, he yearned to express the depth of his emotions and the sincerity of his love. Yet, this time, words felt inadequate to bridge the gap of trust. Though he hadn't fully earned her trust yet, Mason was confident that one day Isabel would wholeheartedly accept his love. He could only hope that day would come soon, eradicating any lingering doubt between them.

Isabel's lips parted in surprise as Mason remained silent, his emotions unreadable. She was inundated with doubts, fearing that Mason might once again shatter her with deceitful words.
