Chapter 46: Meeting the Doctor
Rae’s POV
I’ve been so wrapped up with researching possible things to use in soap that I completely disregarded the close proximity of everyone around me. Now when leaving the house to visit this so called natural healer I’m completely aware of how close Jeong is to me. This is the first time he sat next to me in the carriage. Granted this is only the third time being in one with him, but still he’s so close. What do I say to him? Should I say anything?
The trip to town was silent and awkward. Luckily the town wasn’t that far from the house. We could have actually walked just fine, was there really a need to use the carriage? Maybe that’s just something rich people are use to.
