Dante's POV

I was trying my best not to overreact. It was not only hard, but I was taking all that mattered to keep it together.

I drove us out of the parking lot, and those fools followed suit. I had hoped that we wouldn't have to have a confrontation, but it seemed like these buffoons were doing their best to make sure I was pissed off.

Not only were they annoying, but from their actions right now, it seemed like they were foolish too.

Now, I would have preferred if I didn't have to do this but… I might have to if they didn't get their shit in order.

I didn’t take the road to the penthouse. I took a more familiar road that led to the manor.

“What are you doing?” Christopher asked, looking back at the people following us and then back at me.

“We can't lead them to the penthouse. We don't want them knowing where we live,” I lied through my teeth, and he nodded, believing me.

I looked at him as he kept glancing back to see if they were still following us.

Omg Dante plan is spectacular . They trouble causes didn't stand a chance against Dante . His mind is freaking amazing . He was right to nip this in the bud before it becomes serious problem . He did them a favour . Christopher has such a good heart . I hate that he blames himself for druggie barbie
