Chapter 17

Greyson POV

I pull into a large open field deep within the woods. I am very thankful I decided to get a Jeep Wrangler this time around. It holds up very well getting through the woods. I look over at Willow as I turn the car off and see she is sound asleep. She looks so peaceful. I am surprised she can sleep before her first shift. Most young wolves would be bouncing all over the place in anticipation. I watch her sleep for just a little while longer before I know I will need to wake her.

Someone has been following us.

‘I know I have seen them, but I am only sensing one person from the vehicle. Weirdly enough I don’t feel as though they mean any harm.’ I tell Eros as I watch her start to stir.

They currently don’t seem to be a threat but stay on guard. We must protect her at all costs.
