“I guess it's not such a bad thing if he doesn’t make it. I can always change this plan to suit me more instead of pretending to be on his side. He might be my son, but I know him well enough to not trust him. Geran is patient enough to not go after my life but Kal will,” King Locan thought, slightly hoping that even if he didn’t die, he ended up badly injured. Bad enough to put a vampire out of commission.

“What about King Horansi’s children?” King Locan asked.

“Fera and Hurai were protected by the Wolf knights, but Darun, his son is unaccounted for,”

“Unaccounted for??”

“His current condition will soon be confirmed,” The knight replied, lowering his head even more even if it was obvious that his head couldn’
