Behind the door

Maybe because it's been so long, the hinges of the door are old, no matter how careful the other person is, how gentle, the creaking sound is still softly resounding, in the curtain the night was quiet and cold, yet so clear.

Selina's eyes immediately became cold, like freezing snow, colder than the moonlight outside, just like that, shining with cold rays.

Her ash gray eyes seemed to have narrowed at the moment that the creaking sound was heard. Now, in Selina's eyes, there seemed to be a swirling vortex. The storm came, and the ashes caught on fire, burning everything until only ashes remained. The ghost seems to have appeared in a blur, softly but flickering at the bottom of her eyes.

If thinking is simple, it could be a person who fell asleep vaguely or a sleepwalker who forgot his way in a drunken dream. But a drunk or a sleeper, how could there be such light footsteps? It's not normal. The outside is definitely someone who came here on purpose. Furthermore, no matter how steady and gentle the footsteps were, there was no doubt that there was not just one person.

Just thinking like that, right after that, Selina immediately jumped out of the window. She swung over the branch that was hanging across the window and quickly kicked into the window of the next room - Oralie's room. The window was broken, the glass was smashed, and the noise was so loud that it couldn't help but frighten people. Selina jumped in of the window and entered the room.

The room was dark, without a single candle, and it was strangely dark. The human girl sat on a wooden bed, her body curled up like a boiled shrimp and crouched like a puddle of snow. The girl's arms reached out, hugging herself. On that dark night, those blue eyes seemed to radiate light, only, those eyes no longer had the beauty and shimmer of the day, but were like the eyes of a wild, cold wolf, devilish and cruel to the very end.

Selina thought that upon hearing this noise, Oralie had to wake up, but looking at this situation, Selina thought everything seemed unpredictable.

Oralie was already sitting on the bed, as if just waiting for someone to come. However, looking at this human, Selina thinks she seems to be in a bad state. Selina turned her gaze to the door. The door was only half-opened, very gently and slowly, when the sound of broken glass was heard. It seems that the people outside were also startled. The door no longer opened, as if waiting for a chance.

However, next, the door was impacted by a strong force, kicking off. The door flew straight forward, heavily hitting the wall, resounding with a loud noise.

At this time, Selina could clearly see the people outside. In the dark night, her gray eyes exuded an infinite coldness.
