Chapter 7: Aiday
I woke up feeling pretty good. Nick took me out last night and it was awesome! A nice dinner, a bit of drama, and then I sang for the first time in months. I went to the bathroom and turned the shower on. There was just one thing about last night that I didn’t understand, why did I get so jealous of that waitress? I growled because of what she did. I stripped out of my pajamas and stepped into the shower, the water rolled down my breast to the shower floor. I sighed as the water hit my skin. Nick planned to take me to the home of the witches to see if we could find my mate sooner than my birthday a year from now. Wish he thought of this sooner but, oh well.

The moment we returned home, the girls ran upstairs to get ready. Mother was in the ballroom telling everyone what to do, while I tried my best to stay clear. I love my mother, but she needs to learn that not everything can revolve around what she wants; that’s one thing I love about Aiday, she’s not afraid to tell someone what she thinks. Deciding to go take a shower, I headed to my room; the moment I made it to the bathroom I started the shower and stared in the mirror while I waited for the water to heat up. I led Aiday to my office, I had work to do and didn't want to leave her alone.
