DIANA'S POV

The third floor was demarcated into two sections, one was a huge apartment belonging to the King and the other was made into different smaller apartments which were the King's personal staff quarters. While the staff quarters were just like a small self-contained room, The king's apartment was another house on its own with two living rooms, a bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and so on within the apartment.

He could live his daily life without stepping out of the apartment if not that he was a king, a public figure who is always needed at all times.

Once I was shown to my apartment, I decided to report my resumption of duty to the King so I went to his apartment. The maids guarding the first living room in the king's apartment were about to announce my presence when we saw Ava angrily coming out of the King's room and the King chasing after her.
