Wild had never been in a house before. Taking to an airbnb as their temporary housing until Kat got better. Wild... didn't know how to describe the place other than "better." It was a little more than a month before Kat was discharged. The local police had gone after Michael Jonah for what he did, and he was now wanted in both Idaho and Wyoming. Only the P Series was located, the federal authorities of the state taking them while Kat was allowed to go to Wyoming to help free others like herself and Wild. Elaine knew it wouldn't be long before Michael Jonah was wanted in most, if not all, the US. If he was smart, he would turn himself in and give up the locations of all the Series. Wild and Kat knew better, though. He would probably leave the country and go to one of the Series out of the country where he wasn't wanted. Wild was separated from the others to get x-rays done. It turned out he'd fractured one of the bones in his legs, but that was the worst of his damage. Jon had broken his arm and his nose. He also had a concussion that had put him in his comatose state, and he needed stitches. All three of them did, actually. Everyone wished they could get rid of the pain that came with the experiments. No amount of anesthetics could take it away. It never got better, even as years passed.
