297 Panicked

Judas fell asleep with the screen of the security camera in Mavie's room still playing on his tablet. He was awakened by a soft sound of groaning. At first, Judas did not notice that the sound was coming from the tablet right next to his right thigh, where it had slid from his hold before he dozed off that night. He thought he just heard things, but when the groaning sound became somehow strident, Judas focused on listening to where the sound of being in pain was coming from.

The more Judas fixed his attention on finding where the sound was from. He found it familiar. Judas searched for the tablet he was holding before he fell asleep and what he saw made him panic.

"What is going on?"

Judas hurriedly grabbed a pair of training clothes and dialed Ray's number with the tablet still in his hold.

"We need to get to my grandpa's house right now!" Judas was obviously panicked as he spoke while running down his stairs. One hand was holding the tablet while the other was holding the phone
