Back In Time

"Surprise? We are traveling back in time and you didn't tell me." I yelled hitting his forehead not to hard.

"I did not tell you because it's a surprise. ouch my head." He groaned rubbing his forehead softly.

"Whatever." I rolled my eyes.

"Anyway, I need to get ready... I need to go say goodbye to my best friend, to my cat, and also my friends at work." I said excitedly.

"No no no no. You don't have to say goodbye to them, they won't even know you are gone. Yes, you are traveling back in time, but even though you spend a year in the past... it won't affect this current time. It would be like you were never gone." Christian's mum said smiling.

"Wow, well I will miss them.... especially my best friend. I won't say anything to her, but can I at least spend some time with her, before I embark on this journey. She's like my life support, and I'm definitely going to miss her." I blinked my eyes sadly.

"Of course you can. Just be back by tomorrow evening. We have no time to waste."

"I will
