Chapter 62

Hayden's P.O.V.

"Text me as soon as your plane land," Millie ordered.

"I will," I said and kissed her forehead. After having an amazing weekend with my girlfriend, it was time for me to head back home, which was really upsetting, to be honest. I didn't want to leave, but I couldn't afford to stay. I'd have to try and be more patient, I guess.

"If that idiot Kevin try to do something again, you tell me right away. Got it?" I said. Next time, I'd break some teeth. I don't care if I go to jail for that.

"Yessir!" she saluted.

I kissed her goodbye one last time before I got on the plane. I knew Millie was a strong independent adult now, but I couldn't help but worry about her. At least Alison was with her, I guess. Or else, she would be all alone in the city with no one to rely on.

I was exhausted by the time I got home. It wasn't an awfully long flight, but it felt like forever. I felt lonely as soon as I landed back home. I got too used

maybe clear up some misunderstandings, lol did I miss something or is Alison a dumbass!? I think Millie has been upfront & clear from the beginning

Why is Ali not worried nor care that Kevin has harmed, threatened and forced his way/himself towards Millie?? Seems fishy
