Hayden's P. O. V.
I was relieved when Millie said she believed me. I don't know what I would've done if she had left me. Probably kill both Ellie and Kevin. I needed to find out what the hell their deal was.
Ellie definitely wasn't into me. She did that to help her asshole brother Kevin who was obsessed with Millie. I knew that deep inside.
"I need to confront those two. Enough is enough," I said grimly. They took things too far. They are lucky I wasn't calling the police on them and pressing charges for assault.
"Yeah, you are right," Alison sighed. "We can't let Kevin harass Millie later after you leave. He probably thinks he had won."
"Let's just show everyone that we are still together for now, and their idiotic attempts to break us up didn't work," Millie said angrily.
