I kept my head bowed as we walked to his room, worried that I would be seen. I was still in deep thought by what he said but I didn’t care. He invited me into his room and all I knew this was a chance for me to be close to him again.

He didn’t seem to care. The palace guards and a few servants were the only ones we came across making me realize it was still early. But the servants were the fastest way that gossip spread in the palace.

Alpha’s room felt like a trip but we made it in.

He locked the door behind us and started to undress, I immediately turned my head around widening my eyes, “wh- what are you doing?”

“I have to get ready for my meetings, so I’m getting dressed before my men show up here.

“Oh,” I swallowed hard not wanting to imagine that he was naked beyond me right now. “Why did you want me to come into your room?”

I gasped as he pressed his chest against my back and wrapped his arms around me. "Why did you come with me?"
