Zack’s POV

The glass was already half-empty when my hand trembled and I poured myself another drink. Whiskey burned its way down my throat, a punishment I welcomed, a numbness I craved. The office smelled of stale liquor, faint smoke from the joint I had abandoned in the ashtray, and that heavy musk of despair that never left this room anymore. The mahogany desk that once held contracts and plans was now a cemetery of bottles, crushed pill packets, and half-burned cigarettes. My father would have spat on me if he saw me like this. Alex would have laughed that we were now exactly the same. And Sophia… her face haunted me the most.

Two weeks had passed since that night—two weeks since she had chosen survival, chosen her unborn child, chosen to bury us both under silence. And every day since, she had slipped further away from me, further into his arms, into his name, into his world.

I had given her nothing but shame, fear, and sorrow. I replayed her eyes that night when she screamed at A

  • The Billionaire Trap    Princess

Sophia’s POV The house had changed, or maybe it was me who had changed. Two weeks had passed since the night everything shattered, two weeks since I had spoken those words that sealed my fate and crushed whatever fragile hope had remained in my chest. And in those two weeks, the world around me had shifted into something unrecognizable.I was living like a princess now. Every morning I woke to sunlight gently spilling through silk curtains, to a tray of warm breakfast already waiting for me — fresh fruit, bread still steaming, tea prepared exactly the way I liked it. Alex no longer barked orders, no longer raised his hand or his voice. He wasn’t the perfect gentleman, but he had his way of showing concern for the baby. His hands, once violent and careless, now lingered on my shoulders with something resembling care and although I knew all of this was just a fictional scene, for now it was enough to keep my dad and my baby safe.Mr. Holmes, too, had changed toward me. He visited me d

  • The Billionaire Trap    Alex

Sophia’s POV The room had grown darker than I remembered, though the curtains were only half-drawn. I sat curled in the corner of the room, nails buried deep into my palms, my chest heaving with quiet sobs I couldn’t control. My tears came and went in waves, like my lungs refused to let me breathe without reminding me of the mess that had just happened. My body shook not only from fear but from the shame that ran through me—shame of loving one man while belonging to another, shame of carrying life inside me when I had no certainty on how to protect it.Every shadow on the walls twisted into Alex’s face: angry, intoxicated, wild. I could still hear the echoes of objects breaking, Zack’s voice raised in defiance, Alex’s threats slicing through the air. My stomach knotted violently; instinctively my hand pressed down where my child was growing. I whispered silently to it, to this fragile being that had no fault in this chaos: I will fight for you. I will not let them destroy you.But an

  • The Billionaire Trap    Silence

Zack’s POVI left her room in silence, the echo of Alex’s screams still carved into my chest, a ghost of chaos I couldn’t shake away. The house had quieted, but not in peace. It was that dangerous silence, the kind that came after an explosion, when ash was still falling and you didn’t know whether the next blast was already in motion. My hands shook as I closed the door behind me, my body still vibrating from the confrontation with the metallic taste of blood running from my nose to my mouth. Sophia’s eyes—broken, terrified, searching for protection and comfort, searching for the assurance I had promised to her but wasn’t strong enough to give now. It burned me. I had promised myself never to hurt her again, yet my cowardly self and hideous selfishness were all over the sheets we had just shared. My guilt was a weight heavier than the marble floor under my feet. I moved slowly down the corridors, like a ghost wandering between two lives, trying to recover my blurred vision and los

  • The Billionaire Trap    A man

Alex's POV The door slammed behind me with such force the sound echoed through the halls like thunder splitting sky, shaking frames on the walls, vibrating through my skull. My fists trembled, chest heaving, veins burning under my skin. I could still see them—that slut's body tangled with my brother’s—like a snake made me fucking sick. Blood rushed hot to my head, blinding, maddening. Rage was no longer just a feeling; it had become an ocean inside me, waves crashing, drowning out any single bit of mercy, leaving only fury and the ravaging need to destroy everything she could have.I rushed down the corridors, my footsteps pounding against the thick marble floor, knocking over a vase, shoving chairs out of my path. I didn’t care. Nothing mattered now. Betrayal dug into my ribs like a poison, dripping through my blood and brain. Zack—my twin, my own blood—sliding his hands over what was mine, MINE! The only damn thing I could use to outshine his hideous face. Sophia—ungrateful, stupid

  • The Billionaire Trap    chaos

Sophia’s POV The door crashed open before I even had time to breathe. Alex's words echoed through the room faster than the violent bang of the wooden door against the wall. Alex was inside, his face twisted, flushed red with drink, eyes bloodshot and wild, pupils so dilated he looked like a fucking serial killer. For a second I thought he might collapse where he stood, his body swaying, but then his gaze found us, tangled in sheets, breaths uneven, skin damp with betrayal, bodies perfectly portraying the lie we had been covering. The silence and breathless rhythms in the room shattered with a scream that ripped through my chest before I could stop it.He stepped forward, not even closing the door behind him, fists clenched, chest heaving like a demon, looking ready to burn the souls before his eyes. His voice roared across the room, unrecognizable, guttural, the sound of rage so pure it froze the blood in my veins. “YOU... SLUT!!” His words broke into fragments, spit flying, his han
