January 30 is an important day. If I forget it my best friend will probably kill me. It's Kay's birthday today and I'm so excited! This year we aren't going out all day which makes me super happy because that's all we've ever done. Today we are going to have breakfast at my house, watch a movie of her choice, then we'll cook lunch, after lunch we are going to do nails and hair, then we are going to Kay's place for clothes, then we are going out. She planned this all herself and she wanted to do my hair and nails after I told her no. Yet you can't really tell Kay no and get her to actually listen.  

"What are you doing?" Leon asks scratching the back of his head as he enters the kitchen. I turn towards him but I keep the plate in my hand.
