After his bath, they both started to walk in search of a way out. Drake is sure that they should walk in the Western direction to reach home. So they walked in that direction.

Nyra is tired and she doesn't even have her shoes to protect her feet. 

"Hisss.." She hissed with pain when she stepped on a thorn.

The thorn is thick and sharp. It embedded itself in the soloes of her feet deeply. Immediately blood started to pool around the area.

Drake looked behind him when he heard her painful sound. He found her sitting on the ground holding her feet, which is bleeding a little.

"What happened?" he asked slowly approaching her.

"Nothing" she snapped at him. 

She did not forget what he did that morning.

He rolled his eyes at her and snatched her foot from her palms.

"Hey" she protested immediately.

"Shh.." he said and tactfully removed the thorn.

"There, you will be fine now," he said with a wink and got
