“You're still working on that case, aren't you?”. Officer Gabby asked, peering over the stack of files on Officer Fin's desk. The file at the top had ‘Richard’s murder case’ boldly written on it.

“I know you asked me to stay away from this case but I can't”

“The case has been closed, Fin, knock this out. Give yourself a break”.

Officer Fin only adjusted his glasses and kept on with what he was doing. He was determined to carry on with the case even if it went against the orders from his superior.

He couldn't understand why Gabby was trying so hard to push this case under the rug when the poor man deserved justice.

“Mind you, you're new here and I suppose you don't wanna get on my bad side”. Officer Gabby Threatened.

“My gut tells me otherwise”. Officer Fin pored over the file in front of him. “I talked to Greg and Elizabeth, and I am aware you are in possession of the evidence, why won't you submit it for proper investigation?”

“That is none of your business, Fin!
