Solene's pov.

Noah and I are now back together, not that we separated or anything before.

Mallory only came by once to say she was leaving with her mom to go prepare and I was more than happy to see her leave.

I let her hug me and the smile on my face was because she was going away from Noah for sometime.

Everything about her was triggering, from her face to her body to even the way she laughed.

I was glad she wasn't around to ruin the remaining two nights of our vacation.

I knew that Noah was sad to see her leave, that's why I am here, so that he doesn't think of anyone else.

Our last two days at the beach house were memorable.

We spent some time at the beach, playing different games, I even carved mine and Noah's initials on a pebble.

“Are you doing this because of the cave incident?” Noah asked after I was done.
