Beatrice could see determination flashing in her eyes, she was not sure if there was sight of success, but it is not bad to give it a try and see how the thing goes.

“You know I have your best interest at heart and look at you, so mature and sweet and you love your father so much, don’t you?” Beatrice said and joy looked at her with a confused expression.

“Why does this conversation have my dad in it?” Joy asked, and Beatrice smiled and held her hand. “I understand if you don’t love you mother that well…” Beatrice said, and Joy interrupted immediately.

“I don’t love her at all, not even a bit” she said and left Beatrice speechless, Beatrice shook her head.

"Okay, you don’t love her for what she did but you might need to hear her out, we all have reasons why we act, listen to her and understand why she did what she did and determine if she deserves your forgiveness or not, after all she is still your mother”
