ANNE'S POV

Bella was by the entrance to the mansion and she seemed to be waiting for someone.

When we got close to her, she curtsied"Alpha, Miss Anne good evening."

"Alpha Carson and Miss Nicole are in the dining room waiting to have dinner with you. I was told to inform you." She said and we nodded in reply.

Weren't Nic and Carson supposed to be headed to the hospital?

They were supposed to take over by 7pm which was why Cam and I had left, knowing they would be there.

Nic and Carson were already seated at the dinner table when we walked in.

I took my seat beside Carson while Cameron sat next to Nic.

"Aren't you both supposed to be at the hospital?" I questioned immediately I sat down.

"We know, we just decided to take a break." Carson said as he passed me a bowl of soup.

"But no one's staying with Cadel." I cried out attempting to get up but Carson pressed my shoulders down with his one free hand.

"Relax Lydia has gone over to the hospital to accompany him. She offered to so we co

  • The triplet alpha's rejected mate    Warning

ANNA'S POVThe towering walls of Winslow Fortress had never looked more welcoming than they did in that moment, their stone facade illuminated by powerful floodlights that pushed back the darkness. As Cadel guided our SUV through the main gates, I felt some of the tension leave my body. We were home. We were safe.At least, that's what I wanted to believe. The fortress grounds were a flurry of activity despite the late hour. Warriors patrolled the perimeter in organized groups, their eyes sharp and alert. I spotted Ash directing traffic near the main building, his expression grim as he coordinated what looked like a significant security upgrade."Looks like word travels fast," Carson observed as we pulled into the private garage reserved for the Alphas."Lucas must've called ahead," Cameron replied, helping me out of the vehicle. His hand remained protectively on the small of my back as we waited for Jimmy and his companions to emerge. The sight of strangers arriving with us had immed

  • The triplet alpha's rejected mate    Yet to come

ANNA'S POV"Jimmy?"The name left my lips as barely more than a whisper, disbelief flooding every syllable. Standing before us, illuminated by the harsh glare of the sedan's headlights, was my first mate the one who had rejected and humiliated me in front of the entire pack all those years ago.He looked different. Older. Harder. The boyish features I'd once found attractive had been replaced by sharp angles and cold eyes that held none of the warmth I remembered from our childhood. A scar ran down his left cheek, and his posture screamed danger in a way the Jimmy I knew never had."Hello, Anna," he said, his voice smooth but carrying an edge that made my skin crawl. "It's been a long time."Cadel moved faster than I could track, positioning himself directly in front of me. "Who the hell are you, and why are you following us?"Jimmy's lips curved into a smile that didn't reach his eyes. "Still collecting Alphas, I see. How many do you have now? Three? Four?" His gaze raked over my mat

  • The triplet alpha's rejected mate    See Again

ANNA'S POVThe hum of the SUV's engine was the only sound that filled the tense silence as we sped away from Black Moon territory. My heart hadn't stopped racing since we left, and the image of Dexter's sinister smile haunted me like a shadow I couldn't shake. I pressed myself closer to Cameron, seeking comfort in his warmth, but even his strong arms around me couldn't dispel the creeping dread that wrapped around my chest like a vice."Are you okay, love?" Cameron whispered, his breath warm against my ear.I nodded, not trusting my voice. The truth was, I wasn't okay. None of us were. Bryan's death, Cecilia's murder, the mysterious Brothers of Vengeance it all felt like pieces of a puzzle I couldn't quite put together. And now, with the notebook missing, we were flying blind into whatever nightmare awaited us.Through the rearview mirror, I caught Cadel's eyes. They were dark with worry, his knuckles white as he gripped the steering wheel. Carson sat rigid in the passenger seat, his

  • The triplet alpha's rejected mate    Hell out

CAMERON’S POVI shot out my hand just in time to catch Cadel’s arm as he lunged toward Dexter, his expression a storm of fury. I knew my brother was itching to confront the arrogant wolf about that infuriating wink—a gesture that felt both flirtatious and downright threatening. We might possess the strength of titans, but we were still outsiders in this pack. Guests who the true Alpha of Black Moon had handed an ultimatum. They didn’t need us now; if anything, our goodwill had come back to haunt us.“Let it go, bro,” I urged, pulling him back as we watched Dexter revel in his victory, the embodiment of arrogance. I could almost feel Anna’s horror radiating from the balcony as he stomped on Marcus’s blood, a grotesque display of dominance.“We have to keep an eye on that bastard,” Cadel muttered through clenched teeth. “I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s in league with the Brothers of Vengeance.”“Yeah, but we need to get the hell out of this godforsaken place,” I countered, trying to red

  • The triplet alpha's rejected mate    Set determination

Cadel’s povThe sun hung low in the sky, casting long shadows across the training grounds as the pack gathered for the duel. The atmosphere was tense, a palpable mix of anticipation and anxiety. Whispers echoed among the pack members, speculation swirling about the candidates for the Alpha position and what this duel might reveal about the pack's future.I stood beside Carson and Cameron, watching the scene unfold before us, the weight of the tragedy of previous days pressing heavily on our shoulders. “We need to stay vigilant,” I murmured, scanning the faces in the crowd. “If the Brothers of Vengeance intend on following through with their plans, they will likely have spies around, watching us closely.”“Agreed,” Carson replied, his jaw set in determination. “We must keep our eyes peeled.” Soon, the competitors entered the arena, and a hush fell over the crowd. Dexter strode in confidently, his posture radiating arrogance and experience. The other candidate, an elder named Marcus

  • The triplet alpha's rejected mate    The books

Anna’s PovI was a hundred percent certain that the writing in the leather-bound notebook did not belong to Bryan. After all, we had been mates before Cecilia brought the chaos. I could almost swear that the handwriting was hers. But what use would that information be now that she was gone? I knew I couldn't take back my earlier statement.“It doesn’t belong to Bryan?” Cadel furrowed his brows, confusion etching his features. “We found it among his belongings.”“Think carefully, love,” Cameron said gently, approaching me and placing his hands on my shoulders. “Are you absolutely sure the writing isn’t his?”“I swear on my life,” I replied, resolute in my claim, which earned an amused chuckle from Carson.“There’s no need to swear on your life, darling. Let’s first see what we can find regarding the contacts in the book before we worry about who it originally belonged to.” Carson gently took the notebook from my hand and returned it to the table.Just then, Nicole knocked and slipped i
