Chapter Eighty

Zane stepped out of the car, along with Naevia. He found the place desolated and wondered if Naevia was sure about the address.

Naevia chuckled at Zane and said, "I told myself the same thing when I first came here. This is the place. Don't let the outside fool you. It's beautiful inside."

Naevia walked ahead of Zane, and straight towards the house. Zane follows her from behind. He increased his pace until he was walking side by side with Naevia.

They got closer to the door of the house and knocked together. No response, but the sound of footsteps coming closer could be heard.

The door opened, and Naevia's Aunt stood at the entrance. She immediately recognized Naevia and smiled happily.

Naevia happily lowered herself down to hug her Aunt. "My lovely girl. You're back," she said happily to Naevia.
