WILLIAM
I could feel lithe fingers running through my scalp, sending jolts of pleasurable shocks down my spine. I let out a pleased groan almost instinctively; my eyes fluttered open and I received a radiant surprise, my head was placed in my little mate's lap and her tiny hands were situated in my locks whilst her plump lips formed a gentle smile. I let out a contented sigh and moved closer into her small frame. "I love you," I whispered.
Her hands stopped moving and I could hear her in taking a deep breath, "William I want to ask something of you but I don't know if you'll like what I have to say..." she murmured.
I rose up from her lap and face
AMELIAIt had been two months since Dimitri's escape and I believed at some point I'd regret not leaving with him but as days began passing and William and I got closer, I realized that I made the right decision because even a few moments without William now seemed like hell. I snuggled closer into William's cold body, in a way it was much cosier than a warm embrace. The both of us were laying on the bed, his muscular chest bare whilst my frame, which was comparatively smaller to his, was clad in a knee-length, bright azure nightgown. My hand continued to trace the outline of his abs, one of his calloused hands massaged my scalp whilst the other one rested on my lower back. It was a peaceful moment."William?" my hushed voice penetrated the silent atmosphere tha
WILLIAMI didn't like keeping secrets from my Amelia and I certainly didn't like the fact that I had broken a promise I made with her but what was done had to be done so all I had to worry about now was that Amelia never found out about my betrayal. I would never let her know that I had gone behind her back and ordered my men to track down and kill Dimitri. I knew she had heard a bit of my conversation with Thomson earlier but I also knew she wasn't completely sure what we were talking about and I planned to keep it that way.I sat in my throne, twirling a shimmering glass of fresh blood as the metallic taste of my previous gulps lingered on my taste buds. My eyes never left the blazing fire that roared
AMELIA"So you're the elusive Amelia," a high pitched voice exclaimed as I exited from William and my bedroom. I turned around to find a beautiful Auburn haired, hazel-eyed and an extremely tall (at least when compared to me), a well-endowed female who left me in awe."Y-yes that's me," I answered, trying so very had not to show how intimidated I felt by her presence. A small smirk graced her gorgeous face hinting at the fact that she already knew that I was feeling very insecure in front of her; she tucked in a piece of her russet hair behind her ear before a mischievous glint appeared in her eyes."I'm guessing William told you about me?" she asked with a condescending tone, It was quite evident to both her and me that William had never spoken
WILLIAM"You incompetentpiecesof shit! Can you not carry out a simple order?" I roared, my fists clenched tight and my teeth elongated because of the sheer rage coursing through my veins. I looked around the room, facing every one of my men that were assignedto locate Dimitri and eliminate him. "He was fucking injured, alone and severely weak yet he managed to overpoweryou? morons!" I continued to fume. I had lied to Amelia about letting the traitorous bastard go free and ordered a few of my most elite fighters to chase Dimitri down when he was down in the tunnels but somehow the fucker managed to defeat them; he truly had grown stronger but I should've expected that as vampires continue to grow more powerful with their age. He was almost as old as me so I knew he would be a force to deal with but I thought that my bestfighters could take hi
AMELIAI couldn't believe my eyes. I had just opened my extensively droopy eyes to find myself in front of me! I knew it wasn't a mirror as my doppelganger had adorned on a short, metallic-red dress whereas my body was still clad in the floral dress I had early this morning. "Who are you?" I questioned completely and utterly awed. She had a wicked smirk etched onto her face as she lowered to the ground so that her face, rather my face was in front of me."Oh it's such a shame that you don't even recognize your dear old friend," she sneered and that's when it hit me."Elizabeth?" I muttered
WILLIAMDifferent! Everything felt different. I was happy at one but now I felt strange; it was very unsettling and all this was caused by the one tiny source known as Amelia. It had been eight months since she turned sixteen and for some obscure reason I couldn't find it within myself to change her; I remembered how hell-bent I was on turning my little mate on her birthday but I changed my mind once observing her peculiar behaviour. I continued delaying it and now eight whole months had passed yet I still hadn't turned her into a vampire.A crystal glass was clenched tightly within my hands as the metallic amber liquid swirled inside. I was sat atop my throne in a secluded silence. It seemed nowadays I enjoyed the peace of utter quietude rather than the absurd yet adorable conversations I used to have with my little angel because a few months after her sixteenth birthday I realized that the girl in front of me wasn't the same as my Ameli
DIMITRI HERTSTONEEight months seemed to fly by due to my heart being at peace after such a long period of my existence. I owed it all to the tiny nymphet that I had come to adore recently. I could see my hands clenching in the mirror as an effort to suppress the intense desire that swarmed through my body at her thought; my blond, dishevelled hair shone due to the natural lighting of the sun escaping through the collosol bay window located behind the full-length mirror. I noticed how my indigo eyes shone with such happiness that I hadn't seen in a long time. Tugging the rolled sleeves of my cherry, plaid shirt down, I smoothed down the creases of my denim jeans before exiting the main room down to the lounge where I knew Amelia was waiting for me.She had changed quite a lot since she had been here, away from that cruel mate of her's. In the first few months, she walked around like a zombie once in a while she'd give me tha
AMELIAThe warm drops of clear water cascaded down my bare skin as I strolled out the small bathroom located in the room I had been staying in for the last few months. I still hadn't gotten used to the brightly painted sunny yellow walls that mantled the standard sized space; they always got me to squint a little due to the sheer vividness provided by them. I made my way to the closetand picked out a random, floral-patterned dress. It turned out to be a black based fabric with various miscellaneous coloured flowers printed atop. I let out a little laugh once my crazy brain began comparing the dress to my state, the way I was grief-stricken like the shade of jet black in the back but appeared to be joyous and cheerful upfront but then my mind flashed to an
