chapter one hundred and ninety one

Olivia's POV

I had no choice; I called Alana. The house was a real fortress. No one could leave. But I was sure she would manage to get in and take me to where my father had gone. Anthony called me, saying the calls received on Ethan's number were from Atlanta, from a prison. If my mom isn't here, she must be there. After all, why would Ethan call there so many times if not for this reason? I paced back and forth, trying to think about what to do. I definitely need to go where my father went. It's Peter. It's hard to explain; just the thought that something bad might happen to him makes my chest feel tight. I like him. I like him too much to bear something bad happening to him.

"Stop pacing like that, Olivia, I'm getting dizzy."

"Then don't look, Louis."

"What a nervous wreck."

If only he knew. I tried to call David, but he had disappeared too. When we need them, nobody shows up.

"Who are you waiting for?" he asks.

"No one," I sigh.

I hope Alana brings a bodyguard to serve as a babysi
