LOGINLauren's pov,
Ezra’s hand slipped over my shoulder pulling me closer to him, his touch fell warm and possessive as he pulled me closer.
“This is my wife, Lauren Lennox,” he said, proudly.
“It's Wright, Ezra–” I mumbled.
Ezekiel's lips curved into an easy smile as he stretched his hand forward.
“Wow–Brother you do have an eye for beautiful things, by the way Lauren, that's a really beautiful name,” he murmured.
My fingers trembled slightly as I shook his hand– I felt the heat against his palm. I forced a smile as the air between us was too still, too knowing. I tucked a strand of hair behind my hair, before withdrawing my hand from his. Then I turned to Ezra. “You never told me you had a brother,” I said, forcing a casual tone.
Ezra chuckled, giving my arm a playful mean squeeze.
“I think I did. I guess you've just forgotten,” he said, grinning. Then he continued like everything was alright, “ Anyway, Ezekiel was just telling me how he fell in love with a beautiful lady in Athens, and guess what the lady left him on the third night–no note, no number.”
My breath hitched.
“Did you know my wife was actually in Athens for a trip– I wish I had gone with her.” He muttered, kissing me on my forehead.
“Oh really,” Ezekiel's voice resounded.
Ezra laughed and looked at his brother. “What did you say her name was again?”
Ezekiel's gaze never left mine. His lips parted slowly before he answered, every word was deliberate.
“Ophelia Sinclair.”
The sound of that name– the name I'd used– felt like a knife pressed gently to my skin.
My heart raced as I tried forcing a lame smile. Ezra chuckled, shaking his head. “Don’t worry, she'll come around,” he said, then he turned towards me again. “He’ll be staying for a while.”
“A while–” I repeated, my brains were actually really slow to catch up with the joke.
My eyes widened , but before I could protest, Ezekiel slung an arm over Ezra’s shoulders and spoke up smoothly.
“Why don’t you show me my room instead?”
“Yeah, yeah, sure,” Ezra replied, leading him upstairs.
Meanwhile Ezekiel didn't look away–not even once. His gaze stayed locked on mine until he reached the top of the staircase and disappeared from my sight.
Ezra strolled down the next minute as he walked towards the door.
“Where are you going?” I asked.
“Oh, my bad, I have a late night work at the office– I just came to drop my brother off– just take care, I'll be back before you know it..”
But before I could say another word, his ass was out the door and it was slammed shut.
_______
The next morning….
I woke up to an empty bed, as always. Ezra had never made it back home, and I had no idea if it was for work or maybe to say “hi”to his–God knows who.
The other side of the mattress was cold, it felt untouched. I yawned and reached for my phkne– still I hadn't gotten a reply from Vivian. She hadn't picked up any of my calls last night. I tried hard to convince myself that she was asleep but I guess the mind knows what the mind knows.
I pulled my robe back around my shoulders, and the moment I opened my room door–I froze.
Ezekiel was just stepping out of his room across the hallway. He looked fresh, composed and his expression was utterly unreadable.
I tried to hide, but a subtle reminder that this was my house sprung into my head. He didn't even bother to look at me as he walked past me like I didn't exist.
“Did you really have to stay here?” I blurted.
“There are hotels everywhere –why here?”
He stopped, turned slightly and with a faint smile curved at the edge of his lips he answered.
“Did you really have to give me a fake name?” he asked quietly. “Lauren… or should I say Ophelia? Or lie about being married?”
My heart stuttered.
He turned to leave, but I rushed forward and pushed him back against the wall.
“I don't know what you are doing here,” I whispered, my voice trembling the moment my eyes met his– sending shock waves down my spine.
“I love my husband. And I need you to leave my house.”
“Oh really?” He murmured, the smile deepening. “Are you sure about that?” He asked.
My words caught in my throat and before I could react, he leaned closer, his body moving closer to mind until I felt my back clapped on the cold wall.
His fingers slowly traced my jawline and his breath was warm against my neck.
“I have no idea why you left me that night,” he said softly, “But I'd bet anything you haven't stopped thinking about me.”
His lips hovered near my ear– close enough that I could feel the heat of his breath.
Then, as quickly as it happened, he stepped back, but when I opened my eyes, the hallway was empty.
I ran to the balcony just in time to look for him only to find him at the front door.
He looked up, met my gaze and smiled before blowing me a kiss and slipping into his car.
Lauren's pov,“At the part where you know— that I am married and you leave me the fuck alone.” I whispered, the words slipped before I even had the time to steady my breath.Ezekiel's mouth curved with a slow taunting smirk as he leaned back in his chair like he had all the time in the world. His eyes dragged over me like he was about to pull me out of my skin just from his gaze.“I thought you said you weren't married,” he murmured. “And that's from what I recall…” he said, letting the sentence dangle as he smirked like the memory alone was enough to rile me.My pulse quickened as I swore underneath my voice— I shouldn't have allowed Vivian to leave because right now, Ezekiel was already turning the air into a choke hold.I almost snapped, almost slamming my hands onto the table as I leaned in, letting every ounce of anger in me fly at him— but then I forced my voice to stay at a quiet level. “What the hell do you want?”He didn't flinch– his smirk flashed across his lips as he mutt
Lauren's pov.Vivian was already ten minutes late.I sat by the corner window of the restaurant, as I watched the bubbling street ahead of me. I tapped my finger against my tea cup latte as the waitress hovered around for the third time asking if my guest hadn't arrived yet. I dismissed her gently, forcing a smile even though my nerves were twisting themselves into a knot. The moment I saw Vivian’s car pull up through the glass door, I let out a brief sigh of relief. She hurried in, adjusting her purse, her face looked bright and happy– like a lady who just got dicked down.“Lauren! Oh my God, I'm so sorry,” she said, sliding into the seat opposite mine. She slowly sighed and added. “The traffic was ridiculous. One accident and the whole road just… froze.”I raised a brow unable to stop myself. “You said the same thing– the last time we were on our way to the airport.”She laughed lightly as she tucked in her hair behind her ear. “Well, you know this city.”I leaned back as the waiter
Ezekiel's pov.“Meet my wife lauren—” Ezra had said, would I say I actually felt her before we even got introduced– Ophelia Sinclair was Lauren– the same woman who made me believe in things I had no right to believe in.I recalled my throat going dry as our gaze met– I sat at the back of the car as the driver drove me out of the estate–I could still recall her hand against my chest and the way her breath had hitched the moment I drew closer.“I love my husband–” she muttered, like I care.I laughed recalling how she had insisted I left her house, meanwhile her eyes told a truth I'd waited weeks to see.She wasn't someone I could forget, but she was the type of mistake any man would bleed for and I was sure as hell wasn't ready to forgive her.The city blurred past me, but all I saw was the night in Athens–the love making, her smiles and laugh, which were too soft for a woman who clearly was married, and her kiss…. God!. I can boldly say I had been with different ladies, but she? She t

Lauren's pov,The road to the airport was quiet, except for the wind ripping past my ears. Vivian had her sunglasses on, and her hands were firm on the wheel, the music played softly and it all felt normal.I slowly pulled out my ring and replaced it back on my finger, then Vivian’s phone started ringing.“Can you get that for me?” She said over the hum of the engine.I reached for the phone, but the screen flashed “Unknown number”. I hesitated for a second, before swiping to answer.“Hello” I said,The call was silent at first–static, till a familiar voice which I hadn't heard in weeks came through.“Baby… are you both at the airport already?”My heart froze. I knew the voice and I could boldly say it was my husband's.My eyes widened as I stared at the phone like a cursed object. I thought I was choking; for a moment there I could barely breathe.I slowly cleared my throat and shoved the phone against Vivian’s ear.She glanced at me, with a flicker of confusion crossing her face bef
Lauren pov,I never thought Greece would be this fun–I thought I was going to spend it all indoors, but here I was being treated like a queen in her castle, new jewelry especially and clothes which were not charged from my credit card. The sex has been so good–I wished it never ended. The sex in the pool was my best so far–it was marvellous, taking in his full cock underneath the waters as we watched the view, it was crazy. Here I was receiving morning kisses, and head– I had no idea when the third morning came, I wasn't bothered because my vacation was meant for a seven day streak. The third morning came with steam rising around us. The bathroom mirror was fogged, as I stared at my mild reflection getting spanked from the back. The tiled walls were slick and condensed with my hands pressed upon the walls. His strokes plummeted into me as I tried to gasp for air underneath the shower head, just when I thought I was hitting my climax, he turned me around and lifted my feet above the fl
