It was Ten days already and Nasreen had shown no sign of recovery, all her parameters and the baby's were normal, she wasn't just conscious it was only time, hope and prayers that were against them.

"Why isn't she responding doctor, can't we just fly her out?"

"I don't think it is necessary for now, what I am trying to say is that she may never remember the day when the incident occurred which is normal with patients with head injuries, especially now that she has been in a coma for more than a week."

Irfan's shoulders sagged in disappointment, what if she couldn't remember anything about them? He rather not think about that now, instead, he focused on his prayers and other ways out for her recovery...
