It was Ten days already and Nasreen had shown no sign of recovery, all her parameters and the baby's were normal, she wasn't just conscious it was only time, hope and prayers that were against them.

Nasreen's physiotherapy was to start today, and she had been really anxious, finally she would be able to feel her feet, staying on the bed for eighteen days was not an easy task. She never liked using swear words but today she had to use them. 'Kam burauba!' She picked the hair spray on her dresser and threw it at him. He dodged it, she looked around, the next thing she saw was her Elizabeth Arden perfume."Don't throw that you would regret it later." She looked at it and did as if she wanted to keep it, and Irfan became relaxed almost immediately. The next thing he heard was the squashing sound of the perfume. "Stop it Nas," He walked up to her and held her hands firmly. Her breathing was ragged, her blood was boiling, there was no calming down. "Calm down okay." "Don't you tell me to calm down, cause I can remember you thrashing things I was pleading with you and you sent me away." She let herself loose from his hold. Nasreen knew she made things easy for Irfan, she did not know what came over her, when he came to her room that night she wanted to send him away, she wanted to slam the door on his face and tell him to get out.
