I stood impatiently outside the emergency room where the doctor was currently running some tests and checks on Alina. Thea had gone to take a call and I had obviously taken care of all the bills. My heart was beating anxiously fast as I prayed to God for everything to be fine with Alina. Then my eyes fell on him.

The little boy sitting on the hospital bench with a deep frown worried for his mother. My hands turned clammy as I took him in detail. My hair, my eyes, my nose, my face cut. He had exactly everything the same. It didn't take a genius to connect the dots. My stomach churned painfully because I had honestly no idea of how I should talk to him. He was mine. My boy. My son.
