Joseph's arrival would be an ideal opportunity to cut short of the last leg of their on-going tour; Rebecca took to her heels once she heard that Joseph was coming. Neither Lisa nor Rebecca would admit that this trip was a totally disaster.

There were three of the most common health problems that one might experience during traveling was jet lag, altitude sickness and diarrhea. Lisa and Rebecca suffered all of them during this long journey, when they first landed the state which was the Plateau regions, they couldn’t sleep well at night for the time difference. Due to climate on the highland always changed unpredictably, Lisa had trouble with diarrhea and Rebecca got the flu.

It seemed they got off on the wrong foot when they started to practice the plan of travelling around the world.

They had to stay in the hotel for five days to recover themselves fully before climbing the mountains. One of the most common dangers to climbers was altitude sickness, which could affect even very expe
