Mia is sitting in the middle of the bed with her arms folded on her knees and her chin resting on her knees. After she fainted, Reed carried her inside her apartment and called for a doctor. The good doctor is not very pleased that she is skipping her meals again resulting in her intestinal walls developing rashes because of her stomach acids. He evaluated her condition and said that her body is too weak to function and she needs good food and rest to bounce back to her normal self.

Reed became withdrawn after he heard what the doctor said. He did not speak anything, but she saw guilt in his eyes. He is blaming himself for her deteriorating health. He fed her breakfast which he cooked himself and then he is in the process of packing her luggage. He is sending her back to the island for a while. He requested an extended leave on her behalf from her boss as well.
